What a great experience we recently had with Precision Door installing two new garage doors for us. From the office staff to the sales people to the installer everyone was very professional and courteous. Our installer Rick Dowdin did a terrific job and was very personable and knew what he was doing. My wife and I were pleased with the job that was done.

A cable broke on my garage door after 35 years... Brandon looked over our situation and recommended some repairs beyond cable replacement, as the whole system is... 35 years old. I wasn't in a position to do more today and he was understanding and didn't push, which I appreciated. He then was totally cool with me watching him make the repair and ask about a thousand questions. What a great technician. He took his time was thorough and when he left my door was working better than I ever remember. I was so happy with his work. I will absolutely call them back down the road next time I have an issue.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Our sales rep, Orion was very friendly and professional. Took the time to explain all of the options in great detail. Installation was flawless and I love my new doors, openers, tracks and everything! They are so quiet you can't hear them opening and closing!

I was incredibly impressed with your company! I had paid another company to come out and they never got back to me. I contacted Precision and someone came out within 1 day and installed a new garage door opener. The one I wanted was not on the installers truck so after a quick call he upgraded the opener for the same price as the one I could afford.

Precision was great! Ronald got here on time (even called to say he could come early if ok with me and it was!). Very professional. Addressed my issue that I called about and we talked about another issue I was having. He was able to fix the additional matters in the spot. Very nice guy as was the other guy with him. Definitely would recommend Precision and will be using again in the future when I go to replace the old doors.

I currently have my home for sale and under contract. Guido diagnosed my immediate problem and told me that he could repair, however......my 1984 installed system was long ago out of code and would never pass both garage bays inspection. He advised all necessary to bring to code and, although extensive and expensive, pricing for the totality of the necessary work seemed reasonable. Guido spent the next three hours in a very chilly environment installing all the necessary elements of repair, all of which were available on his work van. Additionally, as we are in the process of moving, both garage bays were full of furnishings, incidentals and absolute junk....segregated and organized as such. Guido relocated all to create a work space while, at the same time, maintaining the segregation of the various stacks. I would assume that his efforts added at least another hour to completing the primary job. I was not expecting this additional cash outlay but as it was obviously necessary I chose wisely in picking your company and you chose wisely in picking Guido. Thank You

What can I say about these guys except that they are Great! I have used Precision when a spring snapped and they were right there in a hurry. Another time one of my garage doors was sagging and they got there promptly and gave me a good price on upgrading the springs rollers and adding a strut to reinforce the door so it would not bind. This time my rental house heavy wood garage door burnt out the opener having to be extra tight on the budget but wanting the best I had Precision give a competitive bid for the job..... upon them quoting I gave them the job. On time, perfect install, clean and I am extremely happy with the service and the product. Happy New Year hope 2017 is a great one.....Keep doing what you do best! I am sure that we'll do business again. Steve

The Technician (Ronald) was really sharp. I am pretty mechanically savy. but did not recognize the problem. He took one look and said I see the problem. We also saw that I had another problem. My wife had actually backed into the door and damaged it - she immediately fessed up when I mentioned it. Anyhow, we decided to replace the door. In the meantime, he repaired the original problem so our door would work while we waited for the new door.

I was in a dilemma -- on the day that my concrete guys were going to start to remove and replace my garage floor, my old garage door failed on me. One of the springs broke and the door jammed up and was half open. I was planning on replacing the door in a few weeks anyway but now i needed to move quickly. I called Precision and the owner Tim came out to help me within a few hours that same day -- I bought a new door and they installed in on schedule on budget and without fuss -- beautiful new door and great service - I now have my "go to" garage door company
