5 stars! Dustin at Precision Door Service of Atlanta was fantastic! He was proficient, very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. He went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was fixed correctly, securely, and in a timely manner. He explained to me what parts he would recommend replacing at that time and why, and he explained what could wait. It was extremely cost-effective. He did not try to get me to spend money unnecessarily. He gave me an estimate for replacing the doors when it gets to that point. When the time comes to replace the doors, I will definitely hire Precision Door Service to do the job! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Saw truck parked in lot on Holcomb bridge road with service and number . Call answered immediately , freindly knowledgeable young lady. We needed a new garage door and opener. After initially discussing price options with Tim, we compared prices with other vendors. Not only was Precision the most reasonably priced, the work performed by their technician, Eric, was outstanding. Eric installed a new door and opener at my house within 3 hours by himself. The work done was professional and it looks great. Moreover, Tim's initial quote was exactly the amount we paid. We will definitely recommend Precision in the future.

On time, relatively kind, but labor prices were extremely high. I called and spoke with the president of the company and he took $100 off labor price. Good service, but pricing was higher than other companies. For a project that took less than an hour, I was quoted a labor price of $179 - a little bit ridiculous. Also there is a random tax thrown onto your bill at the end which you don't see until the emailed receipt - frustrating.

Our garage door opener motor died Saturday afternoon. We called you guys and got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I received a phone call about 30 mins. prior to the repair. Everything was explained to me before the repair was made including price, which is nice. It was done fairly quickly and Travis explained how all the new buttons and such worked. He also helped me program the button in my van. Thanks so much!
