We needed a repair done to our garage door and the place we'd used before is now out of business. So I found Precision online and saw the great reviews. I wasn't disappointed! Shaun was on time and so nice. He was even able to replace the keypad for our garage door opener. He was finished even ahead of schedule. Thank you Precision! Used Angie's List for a tune-up and new rollers that were included in the price. Mr.Valerio(Service Tech) came out to the house and asked a few questions then went to work on the tune-up. He was quick, efficient and knew his business. Did have a small issue a day later and he came out identified the issue and quickly resolved the problem no questions asked. If I have an issue in the future I would use this company again and recommend to anybody that has a garage door issues.

The service and responsiveness to our initial service call and the accommodation to the urgency of our broken door by Geido was excellent. He also was prepared to provide a safe door until a new door solution could be installed. He expedited the delivery and offered sound counsel. Precision then sent Eric to do the installation, who called in advance and took care of the installation with professionalism and flexibility with our family's schedule. He completed the work in less time than expected and we very very pleased with the value we received for our thee afore double steel 12 moon light double door! It's beautiful! We did. molars with other Garage Door companies are very pleased with our choice.

We were very pleased with the quick response to repair the spring on our garage door. We called Precision late Saturday afternoon and had a technician at our house by 1:00 on Sunday. Travis was very thorough in his repair, taking the time to explain to my husband what he had done as well as give recommendations for future routine maintenance. We would definitely call Precision for any of our garage repair/replacement needs in the future.
