Our technician was incredibly fast. In fact, another contractor was at our house at the same time doing another project and made the comment 'wow that garage door guy is flying'. He was very friendly and took the time to explain the system he was installing. He was also on time and the front office staff were very good as well. Would absolutely recommend Precision.

We cannot thank Precision enough for taking care of the repairs and maintenance that our garage door needed. We called Precision on Friday, and they were able to get a technician out to our home by Saturday afternoon. Joe S. did an amazing job fixing everything and finished in no time flat! He was professional, friendly, and an overall great guy. We will certainly be using Precision (and requesting Joe!) the next time we need help with our garage door.

The service was super quick from scheduling to completion -- I called late morning for an appointment and was done by early afternoon! I appreciated that the technician had everything he needed right there on the truck. I don't know a thing about garage doors and had never purchased garage products or repair services. My tech, Joe, was very patient with me and worked with me to get my need fixed. Very helpful.

Brandon was friendly, professional and efficient. He diagnosed the issue within.30 seconds of entering the Garage, clearly explained what exactly was required to resolve the problem and proceeded to replace the tension Springs. Ryan Hudson gets 5 stars for his exemplary service on a warranty service call. He assessed the situation, affected a repair and got the Liftmaster back in good working order. He also checked the other Liftmaster and lubricated both Liftmasters to make sure they were working up to par. I also appreciated his "Garage Door 101" explanations of his procedures. The work was done at my daughter's home, but I will certainly use Precision Door for any future needs at my own home in Woodstock. Thanks very much, Ryan!!

RYAN HUDSON was amazing. I was running a few minutes late and he had no issues waiting. He did a thorough inspection of both garage door openers and informed me of all the issues, cost of repairs and options. We ended up replacing both openers, springs and fixing our doors since they were 17 years old. He replaced them both and also hooked them up with our car buttons....something that had always been so tough for us to do! He was super polite, personable, great manners and did an awesome job. He was not only a great technician he was nice to have around.

Original work done in August 2017 did not include proper taping of garage door opener wires. This resulted in the door not operating properly. Joe arrived on time and quickly corrected the problem. We were very satisfied with Joe's work.
