Great Job by Vince Patterson. When we arrived we discussed the issue with garage door opener Only 1 of the 2 was bad but both were over 16 years and we decided to replace both of them. He checked out springs, cables and doors. Installed new openers which he had on his truck. He explained the operation of the new doors and their warranties and programmed remotes so each would open either door. Good Job.

I am pleased that my garage door has been properly fixed and is now functional again. I didn't like the inconsistency in the cost given to me by phone by the customer service representative versus the actual cost once the technician arrived. But overall, it was good, quick, quality service. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

This company is A-1 in my opinion. From the initial phone call all the way to the technician. Chelsea the phone operator was very attentive to my needs and Anthony Watts was an awesome technician. Highly skilled, very personable, friendly and super professional. He wasted no time and had my garage door up and running in no time. He even made it more quiet than it had been ever!! Good experience had technical support out three times. One to install door opener another to identify noise when opening door. That's when it was determined that a new door was needed . Ordered door and less than two door was installed. All three workers were polite and professional you should be proud of your staff.
