Replaced original garage door and opener probably installed when house was built in 1968. New door and opener are a pleasure to use, the installation was quick, efficient and competently handled by a very polite and knowledgeable technician. Yesterday, the service person Travis came to our home to service our garage door. He was extremely professional and caring about answering all of our questions regarding what was wrong. Another company that came in to give us an estimate, required so much from us that we never called them back. Within 2 hrs Travis was able to do the work and we have a wonderful new garage door opener. From your customer service staff to Travis that came, offered and did give us superior service.
