I needed a garage tune up, Angie's list had a special so I called. There tech Travis arrived on site and evaluated my Garage door and opener, pointed out a few things to be mindful of and gave me some additional options. I have some contractors arrived and Travis continued to finish up his work. Price was great and Travis was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Precision.

Travis came to my home today and went out of his way to not just repair our garage door, he explained everything he was doing and why. He was right on time called before he left and let me know appox when he would be here. He was so kind and did not leave until all my questions were answered!! He also took all the old parts away which was greatly appreciated!!

Travis P was awesome. I like the fact that I could read his bio and was able to see a pic before the tech arrived. He arrived before the scheduled window. He explained to me about the maintenance of my garage doors and at the same time showing me what to do and what to buy for proper maintenance. He did not appear to be in a hurry nor did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions. Thanks Travis and Precision Doors. Justin was the tech that came out for my free estimation was very courteous and professional. He listen to me as I expressed my needs and he then did his assessment and made his recommendation as the expert. There was no pressure and I appreciate that. Unfortunately he was not the one to return the following week to do the work. I still do not have any complaints. Mark returned the following week to do the work and just as Justin he was very professional and courteous. My order included an installation on one side and a repair to the other, both done exceptionally well by Mark. Thanks Justin and Mark for making my experience with Percision Door Service a great on.
