Technician quickly diagnosed issue and repaired it. Explained what was done to repair the issue. Called at lunch time when door failed to close and appointment was set up for the same day. Will call Precision for any future needs.

I went to your website and watched all the videos. They were well done and helped a lot when Shaun explained to me what was wrong with the door. Also, walked over and looked at the truck which was fully stocked, clean and organized. The outside of the truck had names of the establishments that rated the company with 5 stars and BBB emblem. Shaun a Master Technician was the main reason I had the work done on the spot instead of getting quotes elsewhere. He clearly explained what was wrong. He gave me 3 price options to choose from based on what I wanted and felt I needed. I chose to have a new spring system installed. He asked me the right questions to pick the option I did. He was very professional and presented himself as highly trained and knowledgeable. Don’t get spooked by the $59 service call charge. It’s waived if you use them and you will! Warranties were very good for each option. Very professionally done.

A good friend suggested Precision when my garage door finally bit the dust. I made an appointment online VERY easily and they were able to come out within 3 days! Shawn Sewell was the technician and it was obvious right away that he's a genuinely kind man. He got to work, gave me a fair quote and replaced the parts in record time. I googled emergency service and called a company who told me they didn’t offer weekend calls but referred me to Precision. I called and explained a spring broke and I couldn’t open garage door to get car out. The last was very polite and helpful and told me to expect a tech by 3 latest on Sunday (next day), this morning I received a call and was told tech would arrive by 120 if earlier was okay. He arrived, very professional, evaluated problem, provided quote and Completed the repair. I highly recommend them I!!

Based on good performance from last job you guys did, we called you to repair garage door. Joe was finished the job quickly but was very eager to leave the site. The sales tax was charged incorrectly, invoice had 7% and 8 % was charged plus we are in Gwinnett county it should be only 6%. Will appreciate if credit ca be issued for the difference in sales tax amount.

Technician: Joe 3 Simon Work Order#: 4748202 Invoice # O3282220 We just had a visit from a Precision Door technician to give us an estimate for the repair of our 2-car garage door. The price of $2,000.00 seemed unreasonable to us, so we told him that we needed to keep shopping for a better price. The technician had an attitude and charged us $59.00 for the road trip. We gave him a check. After researching other 5-star rated companies, we found that none of them would charge us for the road trip, or the estimate. We would rather do business with any of those reputable companies. Our check should be returned to us and no charges for the road trip should apply. Thanks!

It sucks to need my garage door opener replaced, but the service I received was quick, friendly, and professional. The technician arrived on time, explained what needed explaining, and didn't try to upsell me on a "deluxe" model or anything. He was super friendly, did his job, and went on his way. Everything I want in a garage door opener servicing.

Garage door wouldn't close unless you held the hardwired button down until fully closed. I tried moving the sensors inline without success and a repairman was scheduled to come out. Before he arrived, I received a call from Joe and he politely told me what was wrong and I should be able to fix it myself by properly aiming the two sensors. I thanked him and told him I would try again. It did turn out to be a bad sensor but I really appreciated his honesty and guidance in trying to save me a service charge. You will always be the one I call for assistance in the future.

Actually heard about Precision on the radio and when my old garage door starting acting sketchy, decided to make the call. Called on a Wednesday and the service representative, Sean, was there on Thursday. Replaced one garage door opener on our two car parking space and installed a new one on our single parking space. Also tightened the springs and replaced the door rollers. The whole job took about 90 minutes according to my wife. Sean called me at work and explained the options. All and all a quality job. Just waiting for the invoice to be emailed or mailed to me.
