ok, u ready for this??!!!! O U T S T A N D I N G job!!!!!!!!!! everything was EXACTLY as stated,,,,,couldn't have asked for better service all the way through,,,,we had four garage door companies come by and provide quotes. one of the companies, Nabors Garage Doors, was actually pathetic. they literally wanted 20 dollars for a "service call" after i told them we were considering other companies! sad. in the long run it came down to you guys and Atl Overhead,,,,,deal breaker was, quality and price of the door (we got the double) the garage door opener, we got the 3/4 hp for the price of the 1/2, and the veterans discount,,,,,Jason, sales rep., friendly, knowledgeable and laughed at my jokes,,,,,George, the installer, was fantastic!!!,, explained EVERYTHING about "how it all works",,,,we had a small issue that he immediately fixed about one of the panels.....monday your receptionist (can't remember her name, sorry, sweet lady, laughed at my jokes!) called and remedied the problem!!!!! the worlds a better place to live thanks to u folks.......MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fred and Emalie-----(knock knock...whose there, SPELL, spell who, W-H-O!!!!! gotcha!!!!!!! have a great week.......

We are beyond pleased with the services of Precision Door. Jason Davis, who provided the estimate was very professional and helpful. When Tyler arrived to install garage doors, he was very pleasant and worked diligently. We were so impressed with his knowledge and how detailed he was with the installation. He politely answered all our concerns and questions. You can tell he enjoys what he does. He is a very hard worker too! He cleaned up his area as he worked and really knew his craft!5 Stars to Tyler!! Exceptional!

Sean was my techician who came to my home to install two new LiftMaster garage door openers on September 12, 2018. He not only did this installation swiftly and without issues, he added plastic rollers, lubricated the system and told me everything he did. I really appreciated that. Excellent service. The technicians did their work in a professional manner. They were asked to replace 2 broken springs of the garage door, they spent more time to balance the door until it's perfect. I am absolutely satisfied and would recommend to my friends.

Exceptional service, above and beyond. Trustworthy, informative, presented multiple options, spoke using terminology I could understand, came back a second time to install key pad and inform us about options. A+ from start to finish. Technician Sean Schelern called about thirty minutes ahead to say he was on his way and was very professional and courteous. I was actually considering replacing the twenty year old motor because the whole system was so noisy.Sean examined the door, the springs, the tracks and stated it just needed some maintenance.I also wanted a keypad on the outside of the door and he knocked both issues out in about thirty minutes. I spent a whole lot less than I was expecting and the door is now extremely quiet and I now have my outside keypad !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and very reasonable!!

I was told our appointment was between 10am and 2pm Monday 8/21/2017. I went to morning Mass and returned home at 9:55am Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised to find your Precision man waiting for me. He was most helpful in advising me on our garage door problems and he was most polite. He did an awesome job and my wife is very happy that her door is now working. My garage door had only one spring on it and it is a double garage door and should have had two springs. The one spring that I had broke at 10 pm at night and I had to go to work the next day with no way to open the door. Precision Garage Door came our at almost midnight to repair it. I had to pay extra for their coming out late at night but the technician that came out was very prompt, timely and call as he was on his way. He did an excellent job and I have been very satisfied with the results of his work. And he noticed that I was a veteran and made sure that I received a 10% discount in appreciation of my military service. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking to install or repair their garage doors. THe professionalism of the technician was very obvious and the work was excellent and my garage door is much quieter than before.
