Could not be happier with our garage door repair! We were able to get a technician out within one hour of our call, on a Sunday afternoon! The service was great. Chase fixed our broken pulley and replaced worn springs. Alerted us to things to watch for (on both of our garage doors), but did not try to pressure us into buying anything. We honestly had no idea the garage door could function so quietly!

This is the second time I use Precision and both times I received excellent service. Shawn was my technician both times. When scheduling your appointments, Precision is very accommodating and you can request the same technician. I wouldn't use any other company but Precision. Very professional and competitive prices. Shawn also took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my garage doors and offered a variety of options.

I bought a vinyl backed insulated door with a window panel. The product was well constructed which I would expect. The best part of the equation was the people. Jacky who did the scheduling was great to work with and George the installer was fantastic. This was definitely not his first rodeo and he was an expert.
