My garage door had only one spring on it and it is a double garage door and should have had two springs. The one spring that I had broke at 10 pm at night and I had to go to work the next day with no way to open the door. Precision Garage Door came our at almost midnight to repair it. I had to pay extra for their coming out late at night but the technician that came out was very prompt, timely and call as he was on his way. He did an excellent job and I have been very satisfied with the results of his work. And he noticed that I was a veteran and made sure that I received a 10% discount in appreciation of my military service. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking to install or repair their garage doors. THe professionalism of the technician was very obvious and the work was excellent and my garage door is much quieter than before.

Could not be happier with our garage door repair! We were able to get a technician out within one hour of our call, on a Sunday afternoon! The service was great. Chase fixed our broken pulley and replaced worn springs. Alerted us to things to watch for (on both of our garage doors), but did not try to pressure us into buying anything. We honestly had no idea the garage door could function so quietly!

This is the second time I use Precision and both times I received excellent service. Shawn was my technician both times. When scheduling your appointments, Precision is very accommodating and you can request the same technician. I wouldn't use any other company but Precision. Very professional and competitive prices. I bought a vinyl backed insulated door with a window panel. The product was well constructed which I would expect. The best part of the equation was the people. Jacky who did the scheduling was great to work with and George the installer was fantastic. This was definitely not his first rodeo and he was an expert. I was told our appointment was between 10am and 2pm Monday 8/21/2017. I went to morning Mass and returned home at 9:55am Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised to find your Precision man waiting for me. He was most helpful in advising me on our garage door problems and he was most polite. He did an awesome job and my wife is very happy that her door is now working.
