Rockey did an excellent job, he called the en-route to our home and finished the job quickly and we are very happy with the work that was done. The one thing that we were pleased with is the fact he offered us 3 or 4 options without any pressure selling.

Overall it was great and painless experience. From start to finish. Courteous & knowledgeable people taking a pride in what they do. Ordering and scheduling was pleasant and easy. On site representative estimate was quick and right with no hard selling tactics. Price was right. Brandon, the professional who installed/replaced the door was excellent. He was knowledgeable & skilled with a lot of experience. Finding solution for any technical problems that may arise during the job is what everyone looks for in professionals. I was awakened by my wife holding 2 pieces of our garage door. I found Precision door, on-line chat with Tina and the appointment was made. Kevin called me to let me know he was on his way. Kevin took all the time necessary to explain to me what was wrong with the door and exactly what it would cost to repair it. He completed the repairs as promised, showed me a couple of things I can do to make sure the door acts as expected. An easy 5 stars for this team! What a pleasure to run into a service conscious team!!! Well DONE!!!!

Learned about Precision on Angie's List. Great Service; good value. Our garage doors were repaired and are now quiet, run better and the parts look sturdier and operate as they are supposed to. The work was scheduled and completed promptly. We purchased a Kit for the rollers, springs, etc. and 1 new opener. Guido was very professional but friendly and answered our questions. Precision earns a 5-star from us!!!!

Had them come out to do a quote, and loved the tech, Mike, got a call ahead of time, AND an email that showed a picture of who was coming out. I loved the safety that provided. He was early, called ahead, and was courteous. Was honest about not being able to fix our 20+ year old system, as we later found out with many calls, and quoted for a new system. The prices were the deterring factor in the new system. I was able to find a smaller company that offered apples to apples for $100 less for the total package. Then, cancelled with them after finding out a friend would do it for the cost of dinner and we purchased the top of the line system (major upgrade) and are spending $200 less overall. If it weren't for the friend, we surely would have gone with the less expensive co. due to cost. However, if cost is not an issue, I would have gone with this company- IMMEDIATELY. I felt much better in person with Mike the tech than I did over the phone with the lowest cost company. Mike was NOT a "salesman." He was straightforward with his prices and the differences between them. I appreciated his time. I would give Mike 10 stars.

I contacted Precision through Angie's List. They were very prompt responding and their technician, Mark Mosely, inspected my door and thoroughly explained the problem and safety issues. He and his assistant were very courteous and respectful and completed the work in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the results and would definitely refer them to anyone.
