Definitely a unique experience. The Call center said the appointment was from 8-12 yet i get a text a few hours later saying that the appointment is from 8-10. I call at 10 am asking about it and get told "What we tell you on the phone is the rules" I asked about the text message that i received and the call center employee gave me the standard answer "I'm not sure what happened but it was wrong" Tech calls me a few minutes later and says he's enroute. When he arrives, he explains to me that in his job board our appointment was 10-2. There's definitely room for improvement on this. And the upsell tactic...The tech proceeded to tell me that the standard for each call is to charge at least $800. So upsell as much as possible. Waste of time in my opinion. Did the tech get the door working again...yes. And he stated the following "Well i's not really a commercial door guy, they should have sent someone else. Just don't open the door up past here and you won't have any issues. I'm not sure why that cable keeps coming loose"

They do the work same day (time permitting) and the work is done with great care and cleaned up after finishing. Cory came to our house. Allen & Jesus arrived on time, called ahead as requested, friendly and knowledgeable. Did not have Backup Batt. on truck as needed for 1 Lift--Master Opener. We scheduled a return visit for this Friday 9/1 between 8 - 12noon. Look forward to seeing them back. All was good today. They both seem honest, technically capable and ready to do the job...that is reassuring to me. Thank You.

So we got our garage doors started on a Friday. The technician (Horace) did an awesome job, very professional and friendly. But there was an issue with deminsions. Horace informed me once he saw the issue, but he came back the next Monday and corrected the issue. Very happy wuth our new doors!

Alan did a fantastic job. He replaced the spring, bearings, a broken hinge, motor, rail and cables. Pretty much everything but the door. He was a nice, friendly young man who knew what he was doing. I’ll use Precision from now on.

Victor was extremely nice, professional, and prompt! He was helpful in his explanation about the mechanics of my garage door which I extremely appreciated! You have in Victor an exceptional employee!!! However, I did feel the price was high. Victor deserves 5 Stars.

Victor with Precision was TERRIFIC! He came out the next day and installed a new spring system for us in less than 2 hours. What impressed me the most was how friendly and genuine he was.
