Corey called 20 minutes prior to arrival and gave me enough time to arrange my time. Upon arrival he already knew much about my problems and was able to quickly identify a fix. The overall job was completed within 30 minutes and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend Corey and Precision Garage Door Service without hesitation.

Allen was great. He patiently explained all issues with our ten year old garage door opener system and he priced out each option, along with explaining the pros and cons of each option and offered a discount for full replacement. He didn't pressure us toward any particular option. We chose to replace the sensors which he quickly and professionally did and tested they worked properly now.

The Tech was fine. He did his job and was courteous. The price I was charged for replacing th sensors however was exorbitant. 358$ to replace the sensors was too much. I tried to use a coupon and was told I couldn't. I had purchased a door from you a few years ago and was happy with it. But I won't be back due the price you are charging. I feel ripped-off.

Corey Vandezande did an exceptional job repairing our garage doors. We had torsion system replaced and he fixed the bottom Of our door that had been bumped and wouldn’t close properly. He was professional yet personal and very respectful-can’t say enough positive things about him. Called this afternoon and everything fixed by this Eve! We will definitely recommend Precision garage doors and Corey to friends,neighbors and family!

Excellent work and fast too! Over Memorial Day weekend my garage door failed and my car was trapped. Called Precision Garage Door and they came out within hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. Cory had all the parts on the truck and got me working again within an hour! Couldn’t have been a better experience, thank you so much!

I couldn't be more pleased!!! I contacted Precision because I needed a new garage door...or so I thought! Allen Morgan arrived, took a look and said that my door was fine, it just needed a new spring and motor. I was thrilled! A few hours later Allen finished and my door is SO QUIET!!! He even programmed my door opener in my car. Allen was so courteous and fully explained every step involved in installation of the spring and motor. I would definitely call Precision again. Thank you Allen.

Victor with Precision was TERRIFIC! He came out the next day and installed a new spring system for us in less than 2 hours. What impressed me the most was how friendly and genuine he was. Definitely a unique experience. The Call center said the appointment was from 8-12 yet i get a text a few hours later saying that the appointment is from 8-10. I call at 10 am asking about it and get told "What we tell you on the phone is the rules" I asked about the text message that i received and the call center employee gave me the standard answer "I'm not sure what happened but it was wrong" Tech calls me a few minutes later and says he's enroute. When he arrives, he explains to me that in his job board our appointment was 10-2. There's definitely room for improvement on this. And the upsell tactic...The tech proceeded to tell me that the standard for each call is to charge at least $800. So upsell as much as possible. Waste of time in my opinion. Did the tech get the door working again...yes. And he stated the following "Well i's not really a commercial door guy, they should have sent someone else. Just don't open the door up past here and you won't have any issues. I'm not sure why that cable keeps coming loose"

Cory notified me before arrival on the scheduled date and time. He determined why the door opener remote was not connecting with the overhead garage door unit. He informed me of repair options and prices. Decided the best option was to replace the overhead unit with a new Genie unit and remotes. He was very courteous and respectful while completing the installation of the new unit in a relatively short time. Then he matched the new remote controls with the door opener button on each of our vehicles. We are again easily able to open the garage door from each of our vehicles. GREAT Job Cory and many thanks!!
