I selected Precision Doors to install new garage doors and openers. It took several phone calls to get an appointment scheduled. I received an email after submitting a request online for an appointment. However, no one ever called. The sales person that sold me my doors and openers was knowledgeable, and I had already visited their website, so I already knew the style and color I wanted. My installer did a great job. No issues with the installation. One of the features available on the garage door openers was WIFI enabled open/close from my smart phone. The installer was unfamiliar with the process for setting this up...so I had to call another installer and be talked through the process. This is more of a Company training issue than anything else.

Outstanding service from Brandon, who showed up within 45 minutes of my calling for an appointment. He performed the work quickly, professionally and neatly, with a complete clean up of the area after the opener install. I hope I don't need garage door help again, but if I do I will certainly call Precision.

I'm very happy with the work precision did for me on my garage door opener. I liked that the techs pictures are on the website and I got a call when Brandon was on his way Brandon was very professional and a nice guy He helped me choose a new opener and explained all my options He had the new one up and running plus took all the old parts away for me He showed me how to work everything and he didn't mind that I stayed out there watching him lol Highly recommend precision and Brandon :)

Just found this company on google. Same day service was unexpected but the tech was here within a few hours. The tech was great. He knew exactly what he was doing. We could not be happier with the service that we received. I would absolutely recommend this company and I"m a realtor and see a lot of garage doors that need help.
