This company is awesome. First of all, they showed up. I was having a terrible time finding someone that would take the job ( the eyes needed to be replaced). They not only showed up but they were there when they said they would be. The technician was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in a matter of a few minutes and did a service job ( which hadn't been done in a few years ). We are very, very pleased with the service and work we received.

I chose Precision because I liked their ad. That was a Great decision. James came out not too long after I called. He fixed the problem quickly all the time being friendly and efficient! Precision installed our quiet garage door and performed a "under warranty" task this morning. We have been dealing with them and only them for the past couple of years and we cannot recommend them strongly enough. Their service personnel are top notch.

Requested the doors be quieted down. There are 3 smaller doors. Was quoted over $500 for the service. Tech said the coupon we had was only good for one door. Called and found that not to be true. My wif was placed in an awkward position by your tech. To make matters worse my door I use everyday is still loud. I do not recommend your place unfortunately....

We're sorry your doors are still loud. I went over the invoice and found that he did indeed honor the Angies List price for all 3 doors. We would be more than willing to come back out and determine why it is that your doors are still loud. Changing out the rollers may not have been your only issue. We had the quiet door installed awhile back and love the quietness of it. We developed a clanking sound when it goes up which they took care of. Our son just had his double-car garage door replaced with a quiet one. Serive is great and they are prompt.

Great Service! Had 2 new garage door openers installed with all the bells and whistles. Wifi enabled lift master opener is GREAT!!!! Replaced all the springs and rollers. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I went from the nosiest garage door on the street to the quietest.

I selected Precision Doors to install new garage doors and openers. It took several phone calls to get an appointment scheduled. I received an email after submitting a request online for an appointment. However, no one ever called. The sales person that sold me my doors and openers was knowledgeable, and I had already visited their website, so I already knew the style and color I wanted. My installer did a great job. No issues with the installation. One of the features available on the garage door openers was WIFI enabled open/close from my smart phone. The installer was unfamiliar with the process for setting this up...so I had to call another installer and be talked through the process. This is more of a Company training issue than anything else.

I liked that the techs pictures are on the website and I got a call when Brandon was on his way Brandon was very professional and a nice guy He helped me choose a new opener and explained all my options He had the new one up and running plus took all the old parts away for me He showed me how to work everything and he didn't mind that I stayed out there watching him lol Highly recommend precision and Brandon :)

Just found this company on google. Same day service was unexpected but the tech was here within a few hours. The tech was great. He knew exactly what he was doing.
