Great experience, glad I chose Precision to replace my old opener and some ancillaries like springs, rollers, etc. Brandon was very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. No attempt to hard sell me on things I didn't need. Very satisfied!

Great company, used them before. Called on Sat morning and Mike Powell arrived about two hours later and fixed our garage door problem. He arrived when they said he would and was very professional, pleasant and fixed the issue. This company goes out of there way to take care of customers with a garage door problem, where other companies that I called ,put you off for 2to3 days

Recently I had my new garage door opener installed. The install went well, but after a short period of time the garage door was not opening smoothly. I made a call to Precision Door and scheduled an appointment with Amber, she provided great customer service The Technician assigned was Jeremiah. On the day of the appointment Jeremiah was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately found the issues and corrected. Please note that the issues found were not a result from the installation. Jeremiah took time to educate me on how properly maintain my garage door. Great job, thank you!!

Showed up promptly when I was informed that he would be here. Very nice manner. Explained what had broken in the system and what would be needed to repair and also nice to have repairs. As the whole door and door opener were 13 years old, I chose to have the nice to have repairs done at this time also. Mr. Shelton proceeded to repair and replace the spring and the door parts. Very nice and neat work.

Kevin arrived well within the scheduled time. He quickly knew what the problem was and gave me three options for repairs. He had all the parts he needed on the truck and went about the repair in a very professional manner. The price was fair and the parts used looked to be of a better quality than other repair shops used in the past. My garage door now operates like it was brand new. Precision is now my go to for all my garage door needs and would highly recommend them.

Let’s start at the basics - THEY SHOWED UP. Not only did they show up but they were on time and respectful. The technician are knowledgeable. The cost of repair is not excessive. And, they do fix the problem - not a band aid fix but rather a lasting fix. We wouldn’t call anyone else.

Kevin performed a repair on our garage door today. He was on time, called before showing up, and was a total professional. What an amazing experience start to finish! Needed a same day repair and Precision accommodated! Josh (our repairman) was awesome. He did a 25 point check on both our doors, gave me a thorough evaluation without making me feel pressured. He gave me his professional opinion on the "musts for the moment" (which was exactly what I needed) and completed the work with excellence and expertise! Thank you Josh and thank you Precision. Great service. Called Monday AM and techs arrived same day. Previous installation (by others) was found to have multiple issues and Brandon carefully documented each problem and suggested solutions. No hard sell - multiple options/price were provided and we were able to choose what level of repair we wanted. Had old openers and ancillary equipment (springs, rollers, etc.) replaced. Techs were courteous and professional. Took time to patiently answer all questions. Excellent service and would definitely recommend this company.
