Quick response. Your front desk was exceptional. I had an emergency, Ryan Hudson was dispatched, and his response was unbelievably quick. Ryan quickly assessed the problem, repaired my garage, tested and retested, and made sure I was in my house before he left. He cared! I woke up to a garage door that did not open Saturday morning and my car was stuck inside. I had no one to help me so I went to Trust Dale and was recommended to Precision. I have seen their commercial however I wasn’t sure. I called and was told the next day someone would come. Joseph Huggins called me and came within 25 minutes. He was prompt and professional. He explained how the garage door worked and how he could help. He also told me he could fix the two problems, one hour each. He kept his word and when he was done I felt like crying because I have had the noisy garage for ages. It was like I got a new door. There was no noise; just smooth and easy. Joe was able to fix the spring and put a new door opener( it was badly needed). He patiently walked me through step by step to install the app on my phone and explained how the new system worked. I felt so at ease and reassured. The next day at school I told a coworker about precision because he is having issues with his garage door. I told him Joe explained the pricing and made it simple for me to understand. Thank you Joe and thank you Precision for having valuable, caring and professional people on your staff like Joe. He is the best.

I highly recommend Precision. The technicians were outstanding. Brandon the installer was kind enough to call me earlier than my scheduled appointment(which was great for me). Jeremiah the repair tech was awesome!!! He came in, listened to my concerns and solved the problem in no time. I will most definitely recommend Precision to my family and friends. I was not able to select more than one option but I had a new door and opener installed. I love the MyQ.
