Technician called before he arrived and was on time. He listened to what I had to say about the problem and what the problem was, he inform me what was needed to fix the problem. Tim "the service tech" arrive on time, (also called prior to showing)...fully explained the problem, and what was required for servicing the problem...wrote two estimate options...Tim worked quickly and thoroughly, then once completed, covered all components replaced and gave demonstrations of operation...and was very courteous and professional during the entire process...Great Job !!!
