She answered all of my questions with the utmost courtesy and knowledge. It was then, I knew I wanted to give Precision my business. A gentleman later called me back the same day and scheduled a service appointment that worked with my schedule. Travis, who provided the service, was very professional and knowledgeable of what I needed. He installed new garage door springs and pulleys very efficiently and in a timely manner. Tim "the service tech" arrive on time, (also called prior to showing)...fully explained the problem, and what was required for servicing the problem...wrote two estimate options...Tim worked quickly and thoroughly, then once completed, covered all components replaced and gave demonstrations of operation...and was very courteous and professional during the entire process...Great Job !!!
