I was very happy with Senior Technician Ed Davis. Within the first five minutes after listining to my issues with my garage door opener, he was able to determine three possibilities that may be causing my garage door not to open or close at times. He was able to clean my interrupter cup and so far the garage goor works great. He was right to the point. You can bet if for some reason my ten year old garage door opener acts up again, I will call Precsion Door Service and have new garage opener and rails installed, by this company. Very impressed.

Was astounded at the promptness that a technician arrived--on the same day I called about 2 hours later. Ryan was just wonderful. He was such a gentleman, he explained our options to us (never pushing us) and he did a w wonderful job. I would use this company again in a heart beat. Absolutely The technician was on time I was told between the hours of 10 and 2 he called at 9:30 he was here at 10 he was very professional and clean and courteous his work took two hours he cleaned up his mess and he was on his way great personality great customer service!????

The initial call was because I believed that the garage door opener required repair and the rollers were off tract. As it turned out, it was me not understanding what occurs when you manually open the door. The technicians could ot have been nicer and more helpful in explaining things. I decided to add new springs, cable and rollers after inspection was performed as I felt safety was an issue. The work was not very well and afterwards the technician took the time to explain and show what work was performed. Thank you for your professionalism and quality work!

Called Precision Door Atlanta to repair one of the garage doors at one of our properties. I was a bit skeptical at first as this was our first time using them...and it will not be the last! From the time I called and made an appointment to the time I paid, it was a pleasant and seamless process. The tech who called me upon arriving and leaving was highly knowledgeable and helped me understand my options without telling me I NEED a whole new door. And the best part? Their warranty!
