The initial call was because I believed that the garage door opener required repair and the rollers were off tract. As it turned out, it was me not understanding what occurs when you manually open the door. The technicians could ot have been nicer and more helpful in explaining things. I decided to add new springs, cable and rollers after inspection was performed as I felt safety was an issue. The work was not very well and afterwards the technician took the time to explain and show what work was performed. Thank you for your professionalism and quality work!

Called Precision Door Atlanta to repair one of the garage doors at one of our properties. I was a bit skeptical at first as this was our first time using them...and it will not be the last! From the time I called and made an appointment to the time I paid, it was a pleasant and seamless process. The tech who called me upon arriving and leaving was highly knowledgeable and helped me understand my options without telling me I NEED a whole new door. And the best part? Their warranty! I highly recommend Precision Door for your business or personal residence.

I was highly impressed with the overall service I received from Precision. From the first phone call, I received superior service the moment this lady answered the phone. She answered all of my questions with the utmost courtesy and knowledge. It was then, I knew I wanted to give Precision my business. A gentleman later called me back the same day and scheduled a service appointment that worked with my schedule. Travis, who provided the service, was very professional and knowledgeable of what I needed. He installed new garage door springs and pulleys very efficiently and in a timely manner. Travis gave a very thorough explanation of the service he was about to perform and offered tips that will extend the life of my garage doors. Thanks Travis!
