Kris for precision was very knowledgeable and was was not only extremely informative but went the extra mile in providing the best repair for two garage doors. He gave the best recommendation not just to get them functioning but to provide the best recommendation for long term savings. The quote that was discussed with you before any work was started, included 2 springs, an extension cable set, a safety cable set, a pulley and came with a 3 year warranty on parts with 1 year on labor. Also, our springs are not builder grade springs, they are heavy duty, high cycle springs which are better quality. Dustin is a great technician and has been servicing garage doors for several years so he is able to perform his job faster than someone who is newer in the industry. I sent an email through the website early Sunday evening and they called me back that night and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Justin came out on time and showed me what needed to be done to repair it, including replacing the only spring that the door opener installer had installed years earlier. Justin gave me a fair price to install the required 2 springs (I researched prices) and my garage door now opens so quietly and smoothly! Very satisfied and will use them again.
