Victor arrived within the window I was promised. He did an initial inspection of what I was reporting as a problem and then offered me three different solutions that would work depending on my budget and how much repairs I want it done. I chose the one that will last the longest and I’m very pleased with the work that Victor did to replace the springs, the cables and the rollers. My garage is working great again. I would highly recommend this company and Victor.

Roy arrived in a timely fashion. He was very polite and professional. Roy was very patient and explained the diagnosis and process with clarity. He represented the company with high standards and did not try to fast talk me. Roy allowed me to ask questions and did not pressure me into making a decision. Compared to the last company who serviced my garage door and left a messy trap, Precision did the job with compassion while guaranteeing the quality of their products and work. I was allowed to test my garage door before Roy left my home and he ensured everything was operational and left me the company’s contact information in case of further questions. I am very pleased with the service provided.

Great service all around. Called at 9am, they showed up at 10:30am, job (on two doors!) was done at 11:30am. Victor was prompt, professional and explained scope of job and assessment of our door/lift quite clearly. 10/10 would garage-door again

Joe weather stripped both doors and replaced both openers. He was timely, professional, thorough, full of insight and recommendations. He was patient in answering all of my many questions. Roy came on time first thing this morning. My two doors had not been serviced since installation nine years ago. He looked over both doors, showed me the defects and explained what needed to be replaced. I decided to have both doors completely serviced. Roy started immediately and completed the job in a reasonable time. He was very thorough, neat and polite. I could not have asked for a better serviceman.
