My garage door opener failed at about 0900, leaving my car trapped in the garage. I called at about 0910. Precision Door was able to get a technician to me quickly. By 1115, my garage door had been repaired. Outstanding service, on both the original installation 3 1/2 years ago and on this short notice response.

He gave the best recommendation not just to get them functioning but to provide the best recommendation for long term savings. The quote that was discussed with you before any work was started, included 2 springs, an extension cable set, a safety cable set, a pulley and came with a 3 year warranty on parts with 1 year on labor. Also, our springs are not builder grade springs, they are heavy duty, high cycle springs which are better quality. Dustin is a great technician and has been servicing garage doors for several years so he is able to perform his job faster than someone who is newer in the industry.
