The materials provided were 2 springs and 2 pulleys. Nothing elaborate. The labor was less than 30 minutes. The price was over $700. I am sorry, but that is outrageous. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I needed my garage door repaired in short order.

Allen Morgan performed the service on our garage door. He was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do in repairing our door. He gave us options and told us what parts would be needed. He did a tremendous job and we could not be more pleased with the work he did. Our door works like new and we were impressed with his professionalism. Precision is blessed to have Allen on its staff and we are satisfied customers. helpful and knowledgeable tech. though felt somewhat fleeced. it’s on me. i agreed to a price. work was done in like 30 mins. i thought it was a much much more involved repair. had i known it was that quick of a fix with very minimal part costs i would have most definitely got other quotes.

Brandon was extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service throughout his visit. We had a broken spring that he was able to quickly fix. But, we also had other concerns with the original install of the door; he quickly identified the areas of concern and provided multiple solutions for addressing. Absolutely love how quiet my new belt drive garage door open is! Vince came after I had scheduled online the night before and provided me with options he could install. After going over the options and making a decision, Vince began swapping out my old, noisy opener with the new opener from LiftMaster. Install didn’t take very long, and once it was complete, Vince worked with me to connect the opener to my wifi and MyQ app. We did have to troubleshoot the closing a little, but that wound up being resolved with some additional bracing to the garage door rails. I appreciate how thorough and thoughtful Vince was in explaining everything to me and making sure he didn’t leave until the door was 100% working! Thanks, and Go Bills!

I called Sunday morning because our garage door would not close. I could not believe we received a same day appointment on Sunday! Our service technician Jesus called 20 minutes prior to arrival, which was before the appointment time. He was polite, listened carefully, and fixed my garage door quickly. The spring on our garage door broke on a Friday night, leaving us with no way to get our cars out. I made an appointment on the app, and Corey came on Saturday afternoon. The door is a custom, one piece 20' door, and frame is right against the side wall, with very little room to work. He did an excellent job installing the new springs. We're repeat Overhead customers because of the excellent service and knowledgeable technicians. If there's ever a problem, they stand behind their work.

Precision came out and looked at the garage door opening and assorted hardware with it. The technician was able to give me different price options on what needed to be done up to and including a new opener. They finished promptly and even corrected a problem I didn't even know of. I have enjoyed every minute of my experience with Precision Garage Door Service from ordering to installing. Winfield was great and we picked out the perfect door for my home. Craig installed it yesterday and I could not ask for better service from start to finish. Could be better if they do good with scheduling, had a 8-12 appointment window, and Craig showed up around 3:30pm after he got my ticket at last minute, I appreciate you Craig coming out and installed the door. I would recommend anyone looking for doors to Precision Garage Door. Wish I could give a 10 star rating…
