My appointment was said to be between 10 and 2pm, Josh called at 1:20 and arrived about 1:40. He reviewed the door and presented a estimate. I approved work and he worked quickly to get everything done. He explained the warranty and the fact we get a little extra for being a return customer. Great gob Josh and Precision door

My garage door spring broke on Saturday. I called later that day and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. As promised Dustin call when he was 30 minutes away and arrived on time. He took the time to explain my options so I could make an informed decision on what was the best option for me. I never felt rushed or pressured and in a few minutes he was done. Both garage doors stayed in the up position and sensors were inoperable, so I called Precision. Brandon was my tech and resolved the problem within mins. Sensors were inop because of a power outage and recommend replacing a panel before it got worse. He was very professional, down to earth and honest. He mentioned multiple options to tackle the problem and got in a work order. I will definitely recommend him and the company to family and friends.

Very disappointed with the lack of service I received today. I came home from work to meet Jeremy and all he could do was take pics and say there’s nothing we can do about the sun and vynil. He didn’t come prepared to repair anything even after I explained in detail to the service rep what was going on. Have purchased five total garage doors and openers in the past year. I asked him to fix a 12 volt wire the squirrels had chewed through and he said it’d cost me $59. He even suggested using white trim which would look ridiculous. I’m interested how precision door is going to correct the issue. I need to be wowed again. Thanks, Chris

Our door was having issues & I called this morning to schedule a repair. I was told that Dustin would be in my area between 10 & 2 today & would call me when he was heading my way, which he did. He determined the problem immediately & repaired the door quickly. I was VERY impressed with him & the work. I definitely recommend Precision Door for all garage door needs. I called Precision Door Service. Michael Powell arrived at my house at 10 am. He spend five to ten minutes doing an analysis and coming up with a plan. He put together a plan for repairing the garage door. He replaced the torsion springs and some rollers and other parts. He finished in less than 1 1/2 hours. He was prompt and courteous.

Hi...I purchased a new garage door opener with install in June of this year. I noticed that the opening lights were not working. I called more than one time asking if I needed to install light bulbs and what size. Your call center, the first time appeared confused and said that they would have someone contact me. No one ever did. I called again and the person said they would have to schedule an appointment. Today Jeremiah came out and politely said that all I needed were light bulbs and that the first installer should have mentioned that light bulbs did not come with the install. It was a waste of Jeremiah's and my time to simply be told that I needed light bulbs. I did have the light bulbs and he installed them for me. Thank you Jeremiah. I recommend that in the future your installers inform buyers about the light bulb issue and have your support be better trained. Thank you for your time.

Jeremy arrived early and Very professional. Purchased 2 new garage doors with new Tracks a little more than 4 years ago. Was not happy Original Factory spring broke in a little more than 4 years, and warranty is 3 years. But Technician was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional.
