Our door was having issues & I called this morning to schedule a repair. I was told that Dustin would be in my area between 10 & 2 today & would call me when he was heading my way, which he did. He determined the problem immediately & repaired the door quickly. I was VERY impressed with him & the work. I definitely recommend Precision Door for all garage door needs. This isn't my first time calling & having excellent results with them!!

Tim did an awesome job installing my new garage door opener. He was very experienced and knowledgeable diagnosing the existing problem. I called Precision Door Service. Michael Powell arrived at my house at 10 am. He spend five to ten minutes doing an analysis and coming up with a plan. He put together a plan for repairing the garage door. He replaced the torsion springs and some rollers and other parts. He finished in less than 1 1/2 hours. He was prompt and courteous.

My call for a quote was quickly answered and a tech came out on Tuesday. The price quoted was good - and an appointment for installation was set for Wednesday! Hi...I purchased a new garage door opener with install in June of this year. I noticed that the opening lights were not working. I called more than one time asking if I needed to install light bulbs and what size. Your call center, the first time appeared confused and said that they would have someone contact me. No one ever did. I called again and the person said they would have to schedule an appointment. Today Jeremiah came out and politely said that all I needed were light bulbs and that the first installer should have mentioned that light bulbs did not come with the install. It was a waste of Jeremiah's and my time to simply be told that I needed light bulbs. I did have the light bulbs and he installed them for me. Thank you Jeremiah. I recommend that in the future your installers inform buyers about the light bulb issue and have your support be better trained. Thank you for your time.

Coil spring broke yesterday morning on our 6-yr-old garage door and both our vehicles were suddenly trapped in the garage...we needed assistance ASAP! Checked with TrustDale online and Precision was on the first page as top-rated. The first-listed company couldn't come out until 3-4pm. Precision promised arrival between 8-Noon. They pulled up at 9:15am and we couldn't have been happier! The repair techs were Michael Powell and Dustin Ridge. After they performed a multi-point inspection of all door parts, we opted to have them all replaced/upgraded as the old ones had reached nearly 15,000 ups/downs in just 6 yrs of operation--WOW! Amazingly, they were completely finished in under one hour and even advised of a logic board issue in the Liftmaster motor box discovered during their post-repair inspection. On their recommendation that I could handle this repair myself (saving me money), I just completed a call with Liftmaster/Chamberlain and ordered the board replacement online. Had Dustin and Michael not made the discovery, it would have failed at some point and it would have become another major issue. As it was, all is still working fine and I will be able to install the new logic board myself when it arrives in a few days. We could not have been more pleased with Precision and techs Michael and Dustin. Professional all the way and the cost was reasonable. We highly recommend them!

Not only am I dissatisfied with the repair service I received from Precision Door, I’m extremely dissatisfied with their lack of response to my concerns. When I called to complain, the same tech who serviced my door called me back. When I asked for his managers phone number he refused to give it to me but said he would have him call me back, but he never did. I then sent an email to the person who mailed me my invoice and they never replied. I then sent email to their main email address but still never received a reply. Now, I will take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I used Trust Dale for my garage repair and service. I do not have time to have someone come out, charge a high fee and do a sloppy job - and care for my husband who has Stage 4 lung cancer. Your technician discussed the problem, solutions and cost with my husband and me. We chose the most expensive solution for long term problem free results and have been very pleased with our choice.
