We could not have been more satisfied from the very first phone call to the last minute of install. All the personnel have been extremely helpful and very professional. The follow up on every timeline was exact. Calls and email on all confirmation. The employees always presented in uniforms, and marked vehicles. We had 3 quotes from 3 companies that carry a variety of doors. We felt like the Haas door was the best choice for us on replacement and Precision was the best company . We had 3 wood doors replaced that were 24 years old. I’m a hard sell generally, but they did their job! One of the most important aspects of running a company is making sure who you have representing your company when answering the phone. That can make or break you instantly. They passed the test , and then the sales call test. Their salesman was professional, and not pushy. He explained every detail and did not try to upsale me on products. I appreciated that so much. The installer was precise on every detail. It was a big job removing all the old to install all the new doors, springs, hardware and openers. He never stopped to even take a break. You have some really great employees working for your company! Do yourself a favor and call Precision today ! You will not regret it!

Kevin did a great job of installing a replacement garage door opener for us. He presented us with the options available for door openers, we chose what we wanted and he went right to work installing the system. He was professional, friendly and efficient and also offered advice. I will use Precision again should the need arise.

Jeremy arrived early and Very professional. Purchased 2 new garage doors with new Tracks a little more than 4 years ago. Was not happy Original Factory spring broke in a little more than 4 years, and warranty is 3 years. But Technician was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional.

My appointment was said to be between 10 and 2pm, Josh called at 1:20 and arrived about 1:40. He reviewed the door and presented a estimate. My garage door spring broke on Saturday. I called later that day and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. As promised Dustin call when he was 30 minutes away and arrived on time. Both garage doors stayed in the up position and sensors were inoperable, so I called Precision. Brandon was my tech and resolved the problem within mins. Sensors were inop because of a power outage and recommend replacing a panel before it got worse. He was very professional, down to earth and honest. He mentioned multiple options to tackle the problem and got in a work order. I will definitely recommend him and the company to family and friends.

Very disappointed with the lack of service I received today. I came home from work to meet Jeremy and all he could do was take pics and say there’s nothing we can do about the sun and vynil. He didn’t come prepared to repair anything even after I explained in detail to the service rep what was going on. Have purchased five total garage doors and openers in the past year. I asked him to fix a 12 volt wire the squirrels had chewed through and he said it’d cost me $59. He even suggested using white trim which would look ridiculous. I’m interested how precision door is going to correct the issue. I need to be wowed again. Thanks, Chris

I could not be happier with my choice to go with Precision Door!!! My husband wanted to go with Over Head Door only because that is who we had before. He is also very happy with our choice.
