Technician was AWESOME! Really nice and efficient. I thought the price of $306. to replace 2 spring sets was high. However, selling my house and time restraints didn't allow for another company to come out.

Although I am not aware of the specific springs installed on your door, I believe the price is very competitive given the fact we use ONLY high cycle springs that give 3-4 times the life of springs installed by other garage door companies. I chose Precision because every time I order from Lowes I have to wait forever to receive the product. I thought since this was a repair I would find a company that actually specializes in Garage doors. Sean was extremely helpful and patient with me as we compared the cost of a new door or replacement panel. He also pointed out some of the repairs that needed to be made to bring the springs up to par and meet safety regulations, as I had used a handy man to install the door the first time and he cut corners by using the old/original hardware. I have not had the actual repair done yet as the panel and hardware will need to be ordered, but so far I would recommend Precision to all my friends and family.

The technician just left the home and we were completely satisfied. He not only fixed the door, which was the original purpose of the service call, he also installed a key pad which wasn't requested until after he arrived on site. We made the mistake of initially scheduling an appointment with a competitor of Precision's that we had to cancel for a variety of reasons. We won't make that mistake again and will just call Precision who definitely lived up to their advertising and the accolades displayed on their web site.
