The technician just left the home and we were completely satisfied. He not only fixed the door, which was the original purpose of the service call, he also installed a key pad which wasn't requested until after he arrived on site. We made the mistake of initially scheduling an appointment with a competitor of Precision's that we had to cancel for a variety of reasons. We won't make that mistake again and will just call Precision who definitely lived up to their advertising and the accolades displayed on their web site.

I was dreading having to have a company come out to fix our garage door . My in-laws had theirs serviced recently by another company and it was extremely expensive. I was not going to call the same company. I looked online and talked to people and found Percision. They came out the very next day and had a small window of time that I would have to wait for them. I did not have to sit around and wait all day wondering when they were coming. Then Nick the technician called when he was 30 minutes away . He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
