I was dreading having to have a company come out to fix our garage door . My in-laws had theirs serviced recently by another company and it was extremely expensive. I was not going to call the same company. I looked online and talked to people and found Percision. They came out the very next day and had a small window of time that I would have to wait for them. I did not have to sit around and wait all day wondering when they were coming. Then Nick the technician called when he was 30 minutes away . He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the Ad I'd seen some time ago for this company and am so glad I cut it out and saved it! When my garage door stopped working this week, I called and I've received GREAT service! The person who took my call was courteious and professional, scheduling a time for the next day at my request and at the time that worked best for me. Justin, the technician who responded could not have been better! He was prompt, very polite, clearly experienced and efficient! I will surely recommend Precision to family and friends. The cost was certainly reasonable and I feel this company's honesty about what is needed (and, importantly, what is NOT) can be trusted completely.
