Brandon was extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service throughout his visit. We had a broken spring that he was able to quickly fix. But, we also had other concerns with the original install of the door; he quickly identified the areas of concern and provided multiple solutions for addressing. Absolutely love how quiet my new belt drive garage door open is! Vince came after I had scheduled online the night before and provided me with options he could install. After going over the options and making a decision, Vince began swapping out my old, noisy opener with the new opener from LiftMaster. Install didn’t take very long, and once it was complete, Vince worked with me to connect the opener to my wifi and MyQ app. We did have to troubleshoot the closing a little, but that wound up being resolved with some additional bracing to the garage door rails. I appreciate how thorough and thoughtful Vince was in explaining everything to me and making sure he didn’t leave until the door was 100% working! Thanks, and Go Bills!

I called Sunday morning because our garage door would not close. I could not believe we received a same day appointment on Sunday! Our service technician Jesus called 20 minutes prior to arrival, which was before the appointment time. He was polite, listened carefully, and fixed my garage door quickly. I really appreciate this high level of service!

The spring on our garage door broke on a Friday night, leaving us with no way to get our cars out. I made an appointment on the app, and Corey came on Saturday afternoon. The door is a custom, one piece 20' door, and frame is right against the side wall, with very little room to work. He did an excellent job installing the new springs. We're repeat Overhead customers because of the excellent service and knowledgeable technicians. If there's ever a problem, they stand behind their work.

I have enjoyed every minute of my experience with Precision Garage Door Service from ordering to installing. Winfield was great and we picked out the perfect door for my home. Craig installed it yesterday and I could not ask for better service from start to finish. Could be better if they do good with scheduling, had a 8-12 appointment window, and Craig showed up around 3:30pm after he got my ticket at last minute, I appreciate you Craig coming out and installed the door. He patiently explained the options for repair, helped to understand the quote and answered the questions satisfactorily. He replaced the torsion springs, cables, end plates and rollers in less than 40 minutes. I will recommend Bryce to anyone that need garage door repairs. He is truly an asset to Precision.
