The job was completed and my garage door works fine,however the tech Allen Morgan extremely unprofessional and very rude to my wife. Company ok,technician NOT I bought a new opener,rollers, a new belt totaling over $1300.00parts and labor only to have a bad tech. Ken

On September 22,2022 Precision Overhead Garage Door Service install two new garage door openers. The installation was excellent and the service technician was professional. My only problem was I received only one opener for each door. For the price of the installation was nearly $1600.00 dollars. In the past when I purchased new garage doors openers from Home Depot and Lowes I received two instead of one and the price was cheaper. Is there any way I can receive two garage openers for both doors. I would appreciate it. Thank you Darnell Nolin.

Now and then you encounter a great people-person and technician; this describes "Victor Murillo"! Victor was not only courteous, but you could see and feel he was concerned in helping to make the customer feel special while expediently resolving the issue at hand. My issue was resolved in the first 3 minutes and Victor went the extra mile to ensure I understood the problem and how to go about further maintenance.
