On September 22,2022 Precision Overhead Garage Door Service install two new garage door openers. The installation was excellent and the service technician was professional. My only problem was I received only one opener for each door. For the price of the installation was nearly $1600.00 dollars. In the past when I purchased new garage doors openers from Home Depot and Lowes I received two instead of one and the price was cheaper. Is there any way I can receive two garage openers for both doors. I would appreciate it. Thank you Darnell Nolin.

Now and then you encounter a great people-person and technician; this describes "Victor Murillo"! Victor was not only courteous, but you could see and feel he was concerned in helping to make the customer feel special while expediently resolving the issue at hand. I selected Precision Garage Door because of their rating’s and their 24/hr 7 days a week service. My garage door broke in the open position and would not close. When I called the office They told me that they could have a Technician at my home in 2 hours. When the precision door technician Arrived it was about 2 hours. The name of the person that helped me is Gary Brennan. He was very professional. The Gentlemen did a very good inspection of the garage door and let me know what my options were for repairing it Including the cost. He also gave me an estimate for getting a new garage door Installed. I decided my best choice was to have a new garage door installed. Gary did an excellent job. I am very pleased with Precision Garage Door.

You installed my door 6 yrs ago and I have had zero problems. I simply had the door checked over and lubed and a surge protector installed. Friendly and fast service. You don't have a choice below for preventative maintenance.
