I’ve watched numerous videos on replacing the weather seal and it looked fairly easy. I knew I could do it but my garage door laughed at me for four hours! Frustrated and defeated, I called Precision! I was given a window of 10-12. Brandon called me at 10:30 saying he was 10 minutes away! I was very confident with the company I chose. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Later my lady said she heard us talking in the garage and it sounded like we were friends. Lol. Brandon quickly identified the problem and luckily had all the parts needed to replace an outdated track. He also pointed out an issue with our springs before I even got a chance to ask him about. Great technician! I definitely recommend Precision and Brandon was amazing. Thank you so much!

I was recommended by a friend. I had a spring break on one of my garage doors and they came out the same day to fix it. The technician Dustin was very professional and efficient. We needed new openers, springs, rollers, ect., basically everything except doors. My wife called Precision on Wednesday. Brandon came out today, Thursday, to give us a quote and wasn't sure he were going to be able to install same day. With a few quick calls to other Precision installers in the area he was able to find the right openers and material. Brandon installed two new system fairly quickly and professionally. The springs were replaced quickly and the technician was great. I was not very happy with the cost. The door was replaced three years ago next month, so the parts were still under warranty. We just had to pay for the labor. I hope the replacement springs last longer than the original springs. This is not a cheap repair even under warranty.
