I called Precision when is spring broke yesterday morning totally disabling the garage door. Juan the technician showed up the same day was very professional and did a great job evaluating what needed to be done and making a recommendation. Roy Thomas was excellent. Very nice and professional young man. He identified the issues with our garage and had all the supplies with him to fix it (which made it so much easier — our neighbor, who didn’t use Precision, had to wait an extra day for his repair man to buy the supplies). Outstanding service! Great attention to detail. Very organized and familiar with the job that entailed fixing my garage spring. Communication skills were awesome, making me feel comfortable having him in my home. I recommend, recommending Brandon for the job.
