I was recommended by a friend. I had a spring break on one of my garage doors and they came out the same day to fix it. The technician Dustin was very professional and efficient. We needed new openers, springs, rollers, ect., basically everything except doors. My wife called Precision on Wednesday. Brandon came out today, Thursday, to give us a quote and wasn't sure he were going to be able to install same day. With a few quick calls to other Precision installers in the area he was able to find the right openers and material. Brandon installed two new system fairly quickly and professionally. They are a huge upgrade to what we had before. If you are looking for anything garage door related call Precision and you won't be disappointed. Thank you Precision and Brandon!

The springs were replaced quickly and the technician was great. I was not very happy with the cost. The door was replaced three years ago next month, so the parts were still under warranty. We just had to pay for the labor. I hope the replacement springs last longer than the original springs. This is not a cheap repair even under warranty.

A real person answered the phone and politely listened to the problem I was having. She set up an appointment for the very next day with Justin. He called prior to arriving and told me when he would be here. He was prompt and diagnosed the problems immediately. He offered three different levels of repair. After having run into the garage door on three different occasions, I opted for the full repair. It was completed within 2 hours. Great work!!! I would highly recommend both Justin and Precision door Atlanta to anyone needing garage door repair.
