Brandon Seligman was our technician and he did a fantastic job. We were scheduled to have an opener replaced. After his inspection of the door he pointed out some areas of concern, explained those concerns and clearly explained my repair options. Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I’ve watched numerous videos on replacing the weather seal and it looked fairly easy. I knew I could do it but my garage door laughed at me for four hours! Frustrated and defeated, I called Precision! I was given a window of 10-12. Brandon called me at 10:30 saying he was 10 minutes away! I was very confident with the company I chose. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Later my lady said she heard us talking in the garage and it sounded like we were friends. Lol. Brandon quickly identified the problem and luckily had all the parts needed to replace an outdated track. He also pointed out an issue with our springs before I even got a chance to ask him about. Great technician! I definitely recommend Precision and Brandon was amazing. Thank you so much!

We needed new openers, springs, rollers, ect., basically everything except doors. My wife called Precision on Wednesday. Brandon came out today, Thursday, to give us a quote and wasn't sure he were going to be able to install same day. With a few quick calls to other Precision installers in the area he was able to find the right openers and material. Brandon installed two new system fairly quickly and professionally.
