I was impressed with the service I received from Precision. My technician called 45 minuets ahead to let me know he was on the way. Once Chase Dasiliva, arrived he was 100% professional and answered all of my questions I had. He recommended new wheels for my garage door which I needed. I just spent $225 with a garage door company, Voyles 4 days ago getting a new spring coil. 2 days later garage door popped brackets out on same door. I won’t go into to much details about the other company. I will speak only positive things. Precision, garage door company is very professional company and Chase Dasiliva is the bomb. Quite impressive. Chase arrived 30mins of calling me and was able to complete the work within a two hour time frame of installing a new garage door opener. He was professional and courteous, and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Definitely worth a 5 star rating. Also recommended battery pack and surge protector which I will definitely purchase at a later time.

Just an all around positive experience. Precision offered the best price for a high quality product. Installation was done in a few hours and the installer was polite and professional, with full explanation of how everything functioned. The best compliment I can give someone is that I would have them do work for my mama. These guys meet that criterion. I do not believe we could have made a better choice.

The fact that same day services was available was a positive, though it wasn't needed. The layout and design of the website also spoke to the level of professionalism. But really, I was most pleased that the employee showed up on time, took a look, quoted a price, completed the work, made suggestions, and was on his way. I hope I don't have garage door issues again, but if I do, this is my first call. Rollers were off-track. They were replaced and bolts tightened.

New garage door opener (Rate as 5 stars): Saw advertisement and called, Precision set up appointment within 24 hours. Technician (Phillip) confirmed arrival and was prompt. Went through product offerings, differences in features and pricing. Then did efficient installation explaining needed details along the way. Entire experience was quick and thorough. Paid a little more than original plan but was well worth it based on service. Would use them again and definitely recommend to others.

We needed to replace a 30-year-old double-car garage door due to rotting and swelling wood panels which were causing the door to jam in its tracks. Everyone we came in contact with at this company was what I would call "professional-friendly" -- the person who answered our first phone call, the estimator who arrived quickly and on time, and the installer who also arrived on time and made short work of replacing the door. We also appreciated the fact that no one tried to sell us on items that did not need to be replaced -- for example, after inspections, the estimator and the installer both agreed that there was no reason to replace the tracks or the garage-door opener. We could not be more pleased with our replacement door!
