Technician called to see if he could come early which was terrific. Explained everything that needed to be done. Presented several options for level of service and quotes. Josh, the technician, was professional and personable. Job was completed in less than two hours. He explained all work completed, taking me through a visual check of everything he did. Reached out to Precision Door to address the sprocket that broke off and I probably needed a new garage door opener. The technician that came out was Chase Dasilva, and he clearly explained the different options. Since their service vehicles seem to be well stocked, he could replace the garage door openers and springs on both garage doors immediately. Chase provided an accurate cost estimate, and projected installation time. He was very professional.

I used your company before and was very satisfied as I was again satisfied today. The employee fixed my problem with the door and told me how to fix it if it happened again. He also sprayed the parts of t he runners that continued to sound like they needed some oil.. He also told me what kind of spray to get and how often to use it. I was completely satisfied with his visit.

I was impressed with the service I received from Precision. My technician called 45 minuets ahead to let me know he was on the way. Once Chase Dasiliva, arrived he was 100% professional and answered all of my questions I had. He recommended new wheels for my garage door which I needed. I just spent $225 with a garage door company, Voyles 4 days ago getting a new spring coil. 2 days later garage door popped brackets out on same door. I won’t go into to much details about the other company. I will speak only positive things. Precision, garage door company is very professional company and Chase Dasiliva is the bomb.
