I was able to get an appointment very quickly and at a time convenient for me. When I unexpectedly had to reschedule, the representative was very nice and changed to a new time of my choice with no hassle. The technicians came within my service window, called on the way to my house, were friendly, professional, and had our new extremely quiet opener installed quickly and efficiently.

Reliability and a degree of professionalism is important to me when I do business. I found your company to be just that. Travis P was awesome. I like the fact that I could read his bio and was able to see a pic before the tech arrived. He arrived before the scheduled window. He explained to me about the maintenance of my garage doors and at the same time showing me what to do and what to buy for proper maintenance. He did not appear to be in a hurry nor did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions. Thanks Travis and Precision Doors.
