Had the garage doors inspected, serviced, and new rollers put on. James Hutchins did the job, and he was courteous, friendly,and efficient doing the job. He listened to my concerns and addressed them, and gave me an honest assessment of what was or was not needed. He even arrived a little early after calling to be sure that was okay with me. Such a nice touch, that simple act of courtesy, yet one that carries a lot of weight for me. The garage doors sound much better, quieter, and James also adjusted one to close more evenly and closer to the ground. I was impressed by his work ethic and professional yet friendly demeanor. I will be using this company for any garage door needs from now on, and recommend them highly. Thank you for doing a great job and being customer oriented!

Justin was the tech that came out for my free estimation was very courteous and professional. He listen to me as I expressed my needs and he then did his assessment and made his recommendation as the expert. There was no pressure and I appreciate that. Unfortunately he was not the one to return the following week to do the work. I still do not have any complaints. Mark returned the following week to do the work and just as Justin he was very professional and courteous. My order included an installation on one side and a repair to the other, both done exceptionally well by Mark. Thanks Justin and Mark for making my experience with Percision Door Service a great on.
