I chose precision,because it was the first name propped up on my search. My garage cable was frayed so I had to act fast.i had no time for even 2nd opinion. Adam was scheduled for me,he called & showed up on time. I am pleased with the service ;thought it was pricey but I had no choice @ that moment.I definitely would recommend Adam as well as the company.I plan on changing those doors so & will call on them again.

What a great experience! My door opener went out yesterday evening. I called Precision the next morning and Adam ( Service Tech ) came to my house same day by 1pm. He was very professional and told me what I needed and installed a new opener, springs, and cables. He checked door over for me from top to bottom and did a fantastic job ! Adam is an asset to Precision in my opinion. Nice guy and very knowledgeable!! Thank you for your hard work!

After damage to one of our doors, we were forced to buy two new doors...I always get 2-3 estimates for purchases/work...I was impressed with everyone I encountered at Precision (Tina Bullock, Orion Smith & Fred Griffin) and so chose Precision...Of course, I would have preferred not to have to make the purchase, but now that the doors are installed, I am elated!!.Fred did a jam-up job and I, probably slowing him down, enjoyed chatting with him and watching his work.
