I chose precision,because it was the first name propped up on my search. My garage cable was frayed so I had to act fast.i had no time for even 2nd opinion. Adam was scheduled for me,he called & showed up on time. I am pleased with the service ;thought it was pricey but I had no choice @ that moment.I definitely would recommend Adam as well as the company.I plan on changing those doors so & will call on them again.

What a great experience! My door opener went out yesterday evening. I called Precision the next morning and Adam ( Service Tech ) came to my house same day by 1pm. He was very professional and told me what I needed and installed a new opener, springs, and cables. He checked door over for me from top to bottom and did a fantastic job ! Adam is an asset to Precision in my opinion. Nice guy and very knowledgeable!! Thank you for your hard work!

Mike was awesome! I was running late getting home and Mike was willing to wait until I arrived. Great customer service. The technicians that came and installed my doors were very professional. They estimated the job would take about 2 1/2 hrs. They came within about 10 minutes of this time. That lets me know they knew exactly what they were doing and they did a great job. I am very pleased with the work they did.

After damage to one of our doors, we were forced to buy two new doors...I always get 2-3 estimates for purchases/work...I was impressed with everyone I encountered at Precision (Tina Bullock, Orion Smith & Fred Griffin) and so chose Precision...Of course, I would have preferred not to have to make the purchase, but now that the doors are installed, I am elated!!.Fred did a jam-up job and I, probably slowing him down, enjoyed chatting with him and watching his work.

I love my doors and the quality and workmanship was very good. However, I was a little anxious to get my doors but delivery and installation takes a long time. I even reordered replacement panels and the delivery and install is some time off. I think delivery and installation needs some improvement.
