Mike was awesome! I was running late getting home and Mike was willing to wait until I arrived. Great customer service. Not only did he repair my garage door, also did a tune up on my other garage door. Same day service....wow! You WOULD NOT be disappointed with Overhead Garage Precision Door Service. The technicians that came and installed my doors were very professional. They estimated the job would take about 2 1/2 hrs. They came within about 10 minutes of this time. That lets me know they knew exactly what they were doing and they did a great job. I am very pleased with the work they did.

After damage to one of our doors, we were forced to buy two new doors...I always get 2-3 estimates for purchases/work...I was impressed with everyone I encountered at Precision (Tina Bullock, Orion Smith & Fred Griffin) and so chose Precision...Of course, I would have preferred not to have to make the purchase, but now that the doors are installed, I am elated!!.Fred did a jam-up job and I, probably slowing him down, enjoyed chatting with him and watching his work.

I love my doors and the quality and workmanship was very good. However, I was a little anxious to get my doors but delivery and installation takes a long time. I even reordered replacement panels and the delivery and install is some time off. I think delivery and installation needs some improvement.

I am so very, very, please with the service Tim did on my garage door opener. It had NOT been installed correctly by another company. It took him some time to correct the problem. His work was done methodically and he explained every step he took and why he was making the correction. The opener looks neater and works fine! Thanks Tim for a job WELL DONE!

I chose Precision because I knew the name and thought I had used them before. It turns out I didn't but I was very pleased with the service. My techs name was Joshua. He was very careful in his exam and explanation of the problem. The word that best describes his service is integrity. It was a quick fix and a good price. He also gave me the info I needed to make the decision to replace my garage door. Very happy with the whole experience.
