I love my doors and the quality and workmanship was very good. However, I was a little anxious to get my doors but delivery and installation takes a long time. I even reordered replacement panels and the delivery and install is some time off. I think delivery and installation needs some improvement.

There were some minor mishaps when my doors were initially installed. When the correct panels came in the young man Fred, completed the service. Fred did an awesome job! I am so very, very, please with the service Tim did on my garage door opener. It had NOT been installed correctly by another company. It took him some time to correct the problem. His work was done methodically and he explained every step he took and why he was making the correction. The opener looks neater and works fine! Thanks Tim for a job WELL DONE!

I chose Precision because I knew the name and thought I had used them before. It turns out I didn't but I was very pleased with the service. My techs name was Joshua. He was very careful in his exam and explanation of the problem. The word that best describes his service is integrity. It was a quick fix and a good price. He also gave me the info I needed to make the decision to replace my garage door. Very happy with the whole experience.

Josh was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. My only complaint about the company was that I was quoted a price over the phone that turned out to be only half the price of doing a thorough job (it's $89 for maintenance on the garage door, and then another $89 for maintenance on the motor -- it wasn't made clear that those are two different things).
