Edward was punctual and very professional. I had asked for an estimate on a new garage door opener, and he was very thorough and knowledgeable and very good at explaining to me why my garage door opener kept breaking. My heavy garage door was almost impossible to open by hand because my springs were worn out and showed me where the rollers were also warped and about to pop out. After going through everything with me and taking the time to explain the ins and outs of garage door openers, he also performed the complete job and staying late until the job was completed correctly, replacing the rollers, springs, and garage door opener. I love my new opener and very satisfied with the customer service. He even took away my old garage door opener. Five stars all the way!! Thank you.

Eric called first then arrived when he said he would. I was impressed with his work ethic; removing 2 old doors then installing 2 new steel doors with openers seemed to be a 2-person job but Eric did it all himself in about 4 1/2 hours from start to finish. He did a great job...he briefed me on how the new system operated and picked up and hauled off all the debris. When he left, the only trace of him was 2 brand new garage doors that worked perfectly!

OUTSTANDING JOB! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had three doors completely redone on a 25 year old house. It looks so new and updated in the garage. The old doors where loud but these new ones it's like a whispers opening and closing. From start to finish everyone at the company exceeded our expectations! It's refreshing to actually have a contractor that actually loves there job, does the job correctly and wants the customer to be 100% happy with the job. If you have them do your job I truly believe the outcome will be GREAT????
