Duane did a minor repair/adjustment to our new garage door opener which was installed a few weeks ago. He was pleasant and efficient. Everything is working fine now however he invited us to call if there are any problems in the future. Eric arrived at my location on time as promised. He was in a clean uniform and ready to start work immediately. He wasted no time.I was impressed at his efficiency and work ethic. I'm not easily impressed these days. He insured that all tasks required for the remove and install of the door and opener were done safely and to the best of his ability. Duane arrived right on time and was wearing a clean uniform. Very polite and professional. I had a broke opener and an old wood door. I was comfortable with his knowledge and the way he sized up what i needed for my situation. He wrote up an estimate that i thought was reasonable to remove and replace the old door and opener. I felt like he treated me the same way he would want to be treated if he was in my situation. He is an excellent representative of the company. A job well done. Thanks

I feel like I have gone back in time. Talked to a real person almost immediatly when I called who had an appointment set up in less than a minute. Email confirmation and the office called me 30 minutes before the technicain arrived (on time). He told me what was required to fix my garage door without trying to sell a whole new door system. He acted like it was his garage door that was broke and explained what was needed. Follow up appointment with parts will occur within a couple days. Excellent service and quality at a reasonable price. I'll be back when I need new doors and will spead your name in the meantime.
