Duane did a minor repair/adjustment to our new garage door opener which was installed a few weeks ago. He was pleasant and efficient. Everything is working fine now however he invited us to call if there are any problems in the future. Duane arrived right on time and was wearing a clean uniform. Very polite and professional. I had a broke opener and an old wood door. I was comfortable with his knowledge and the way he sized up what i needed for my situation. He wrote up an estimate that i thought was reasonable to remove and replace the old door and opener. I felt like he treated me the same way he would want to be treated if he was in my situation. He is an excellent representative of the company. A job well done. Thanks

Eric arrived at my location on time as promised. He was in a clean uniform and ready to start work immediately. He wasted no time.I was impressed at his efficiency and work ethic.
