The technician, Shannon, was very professional and polite, also very honest and knowledgeable. He was efficient and finished the rebuild and repairs within the timeframe that he stated. He did a fantastic job, the results were a garage door that operated like new, a new keypad and he fixed the light on the LiftMaster. Just a great job overall and he was very personable and explained everything very well and left the garage area cleaned up. Very impressed with how quick the response time was also. Gary Brannen was so kind and helpful. After making the initial call, i was surprised and delighted to get a same day appointment. Gary called about 10 minutes after to give me a time of arrival. Our springs broke and we had a few wear and tear issues. Gary came on time. It was nice to have him explain what happened to the door and give us an understanding on the materials needed, why and most importantly the cost. He gave us 2 breakdowns on price and because of his thorough explanation we decided to change a few other things now. ( we use our garage doors heavily. And we realized it would be a matter of time something else had to be changed) . The work was done quickly. He showed us the new parts and explained the warranties and what they cover. He was so patient, and didn't mind repeating himself on the ins and outs of the process. Go ahead and give this man a raise for doing a great job and also being generous with his time.

The doors are gorgeous! The opener smoother and quieter than what we had. The installers were professional and personable. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was happy. After they left, someone else came to make sure it was right and that I was happy. The whole process from door selection to installation was well communicated and I am a happy customer.

Xavier, the technician from Precision, performed an outstanding repair job. He diagnosed AND fixed the problem, literally within 10 minutes or less. He spent most of the time trying to figure out where he left his ladder (had to borrow mine). I was very pleased with the job/cost of repair. This is my second time using Precision's services and I believe I will become a loyal customer based on the combined performances from the technicians on both incidents. I plan to upgrade my garage door and/or door opening mechanism and, when and if I do, Precision will get the job based on their prompt, professional service.

Anthony was awesome, quick service, considerate about my families plans as he showed up later in the evening as I requested. Super professional, help me choose the best solution to my problem and explained everything to me. Enjoyed watching the install, also cleaned everything and showed me how to program all doors. Will be calling him when it’s time for my other garage door.

Fantastic experience. Winfield was an gracious and accommodating rep, the installation team was top notch and Josephine kept in touch throughout the entire process.
