The only solution they proposed was replacing the whole unit which is not necessary. I am quite disappointed on your company, I feel that I lost money and nothing was fixed.

Saturday morning a spring broke on a double door of our garage with vehicles inside. Unable to lift the double door with vehicles inside. Uh OH! Contacted Precision and was advised that a technician could be here late afternoon. Technician Ken arrived, diagnosed our problem, checked out other issues not noticed by us on both doors, one double and one single. Needed repairs completed Saturday evening as "we were in trouble mode". Ken was very competent, communicated extremely well and presented several options for us to consider. We were very relieved that our issues could be resolved (Saturday service) and are extremely happy with the quality of work at what we considered a fair price. Ken programmed our vehicles and the outside unit which we considered a bonus. Everything works like it was supposed to!!! A pleasant surprise today.

Our garage door quit working and when I called Precision they had a technician out that very afternoon. Chasen arrived and gave me all my options. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He needed to install a new lift master motor and then thoroughly explained how the new remotes would work. I didn't feel rushed at all. He was such a nice man and so professional. I have used Precision before for our other door and when I needed them again, I simply looked at the sticker on our door for their phone number. I knew I had a good experience in the past and again they didn't disappoint! Great company!

First, thank you for the prompt same day service. Secondly, I am, indeed. appreciative of the knowledge and professionalism displayed by your supervisory technician, Ryan. He replaced the broken overhead torsion springs and while performing an inspection of the entire assembly, he discovered the bearings were worn and needed replacing. All phases of the job were expertly completed. I am extremely pleased because service in this day and time has 'gone by the wayside'. I can, with enthusiasm, recommend your company to others.

We chose Precision to replace two older LiftMaster openers with new Liftmaster 8550w openers based on a recommendation from friends. We could not be happier with the units, but more importantly, the quality of work, attention to detail and care shown by our technician Ed. The installation was meticulous; he updated our vehicles access, helped set-up the MyQ application, and clearly reviewed the work he had done, and how to maintain our system. Very professional.

I called this company because of the great reviews. When I called to make an appt for someone to come out to look at my garage door opener, I expected to get an appt in a week or so. I was SO PLEASED that not only did I get a fast appt, it was within an HOUR of my call! Technician Joshua was very nice, professional, and did a great job! job was completed in a timely manner but I was disappointed with the price and i was only after your tech left that I was able to actually see the email with the service report and warranty . i could not get an estimate prior to the tech taking the entire door apart and kind of hard to tell him to stop until I get another estimate Original report was for a broken cable and I ended up getting 10 rollers and 2 pulleys replaced in addition to the cables.

We are sorry to hear you were not completely happy with the service and repair you received. The technician cannot always see / know everything that may be needed for a proper repair until they have disassembled what they need to. We always provide three options for the customer prior to beginning the repair work and go over the three options with the customer. We do hope you are comfortable with the warranty.
