Great Communication & Service. Technician was running late because of circumstances beyond his control but still stayed in touch with us. Instead of canceling our appointment and going home at the end of the day, he went the extra mile and kept our appointed day long after normal working hours. Quick & friendly he made the necessary repairs and charged a very reasonable fee. Thanks so much. We will definitely use your company again.

I had the bottom panels of two wood doors replaced. They were rotting from water damage. Due to Sean D's professionalism, I will use Precision for any future garage door service.

He was very respectful, listened to us, answered all our questions and guided us in terms of what to do to maintain the door.
