Extremely professional. Lynn took my call at 9 pm and scheduled David for 8 the next morning. Company sent me an e-mail confirming and included photos of my technician which I think is a great idea. David called 30 minutes before to confirm and arrived on time. He was polite and professional, answered our questions well and showed us other potential problems. We are extremely pleased. Only slight negative was website saying Lifetime guarantee on springs which really means 5 years. Otherwise near perfect.

David David came out to finish our initial opener install since the original tech left some things undone. Very appreciative of David cleaning up the exposed wiring and actually installing the light bulb on the opener.

The price was reasonable. The door opener is nice and quiet. My installation experience is where I have issues. The tech was a nice enough guy, but he left us with an opener without a working light and exposed wiring.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our technicians are always suppose to put a new light bulb in the opener, and certainly tape the exposed low voltage wiring for the photo eyes. We addressed this issue with the tech (who is normally very precise), and as you know, immediately sent another tech to your home and resolve the issue. Prompt service and great follow up. David showed up on the early side of my designated 2 hour window and was kind enough to call me as requested when he was on the way so I could meet him at the house. He provided options to resolve our issue without upselling me anything or pressuring me which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend and use again when we are ready to install a new garage door opener.

You guys are amazing. Chris was bang on time and he completed the repair to our fullest satisfaction. Seldom have i experienced such great Customer service. He was very respectful, listened to us, answered all our questions and guided us in terms of what to do to maintain the door.
