Josh called ahead as I was notified he would and arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem as being a defective opener. Made suggestions on several options and showed he was very knowledgeable. Installed of new opener went without an issues and all back operating properly. Josh is very professional and efficient. Will ask for him should additional services be needed. I am expecting this not to be needed for quite awhile. Thanks.

Unfortunately our garage door stopped functioning due to multiple parts being damaged. Within 30 minutes of calling Precision, Michael Ottosen (Technician) had come to our house, assessed our garage door damage and created an estimate. After realizing that it would take several weeks for the parts to arrive, Michael took the time to repair the door to best of his ability and make sure that it safely closed. I highly recommend Precision if you seek timely, thoughtful, cost-effective and professional service.

Precision Door is wonderful. They came out right away and provided me an estimate to replace my garage door. Price was very reasonable. Called and scheduled installation in less than two weeks. George the installer was "Great" --did a beautiful job & took the time to explain everything to me. Very polite and friendly. Outstanding Customer Service!! I would definitely recommend this company!!

Chase came out to my house at 9:00 on a Wednesday night after my garage door had been knocked off the track and was hanging precariously. I was in a complete panic. I thought there was no way it would close and I would have to stay home from work the next day and get a full repair. He reassured me that he could get it repaired enough so that it would close and function properly, and he did. I call him a "miracle worker". He was efficient, explained things as many times as I needed him to, and got the job done to my satisfaction. I always have and I always will choose Precision; they do great work.

I called on Sat @ 6 pm and Kevin Shelton arrived at my home at 7:45 pm that night. The garage door spring frame had a broken part. HE WAS GREAT - while I did not like the weekend fee of $150 to come to my home - KEVIN fixed the broken metal frame for the spring and was finished in about 45 min to 1 hour. I did not miss much of the ACC football Championship game. Kevin is a 10 on a 1-10 scale. If I need any more work I only want him. I am 75 and a disabled Vet - do ya'll give discouints ?? I have had a string of bad contractors over the last 2 months- but Precision has restored my faith! There reception/scheduling was polite & precise! And I got a call from the tech when he was 20 mins out...and was at my door ready to get to work right after that call! He was polite & courteous at all times- evaluated my current door situation and went over my repair option with me as well as the quote. After deciding on a solution he got to work- and removed/installed the parts & cleaned up. He always knocked before entering the house so I knew he was there- and when done, showed me that everything was in working order! Glenn was courteous & knowledgable! THANK YOU Precision!

Shaun and Precision Garage Door are great! I called for a quote and Shaun was out to the home about 2.5 hours after the home. Shaun listened to exactly what I wanted and was immediately ready to install the garage door opener after our conversation. From call to install the entire process was less than 4 hours. I wish all other services could operate this way.

Eric Dunphy did an outstanding job in about 2.5 hrs of installing my new double garage door--love the cascade windows & beadboard. Shawn and Mike were on time, courteous and efficient. They replaced virtually all moving parts, except opener. I opted for 7 year warranty covering parts and labor. A new door of comparable quality would have cost 3-4 times the repair cost so we opted for extreme reconditioning.

Wow.... I called at 7:30 a.m., and by 11:30a.m. the same day, our garage doors were repaired like new! Precisions employee was very courteous, professional and was meticulous with clean up. The best thing of all - we know we won't be calling them again while we live in this house. I googled the repair and material expenses and their quote was very competitive. I can't say much more about them since the experience was so short lived. :-)

We recently upgraded our garage doors and motors and the look is fantastic! the doors are beautiful especially since we added windows and the motors are whisper quiet; a dramatic improvement over the old ones which used to make an awful noise. We are very pleased with the look and craftsmanship!
