I was more than pleased with my service from Precision Overhead Door Service of Atlanta, especially the technician that came out David Sweeney. He called before arriving to give me the heads up, and arrived with a smile on his face. He was eager to address our garage door problem, and was so happy to find out we were repeat customer. He diagnosed the issue within about 5 minutes, he was very knowledgable about our garage door system, and he gave me complete confidence in his repair. He was very customer service oriented - it was apparent he cared about the customer and the job he was doing. I would most definitely recommend your company and David, it was a positive experience!! He represents Precision extremely well, I would make it a point to keep him!!

Showed up early. Was very professional. Very satisfied with our service. Our spring had busted on our main two car door. That was replaced. Added a safety cable to the single door for when that spring fails to prevent the spring from flying off. Since it is probably about time. The house is 12 years old. Added a remote keypad to the main door for the kids to use since we have more drivers than remotes.

The technician arrived promptly, reviewed the situation, and was able to provide options, had thorough knowledge of the products, and was able to provide intelligent answers to my questions, and had the necessary equipment/parts immediately at hand. Very customer focus, despite the extreme weather conditions of humidity, 97 degrees with a garage that faced the sun, he expedited the service, cleaned up, was completed in recorded time, and ready to do the same for his next Customer. Glen came out to do maintenance and service on our two garage door openers. He was able to fix the noise we were worried about and gave us a price on replacing one panel that's too big - much lower price than what we'd been quoted previously! So we're planning on getting that done soon. We were impressed with the level of considerate and professional service provided and hope we get to see Glen next time, again!

Precision Door accommodated me by repairing my broken garage door within 24 hours and had all of the necessary damaged parts on their truck which is a first! The technician phoned me when he was on route to my home and did the repair within an hour and a half. The entire inside of my door needed work from top to bottom. He gave me options re product costs for replacements and I was comfortable with the presentation. I also thought the office receptionist was very professional along with my technician and am going to encourage my neighbors to use this company.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Precision. Customer service was very responsive in getting a technician out to my house within a few hours, considering that my car was trapped in my garage with a broken garage door spring. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me many options for the repair, and once the decision was made, he had the work completed within an hour. I also felt that the cost of the service was reasonable after doing some research on the type of repair that was done. I would definitely recommend Precision!!
