I went to your website and watched all the videos. They were well done and helped a lot when Shaun explained to me what was wrong with the door. Also, walked over and looked at the truck which was fully stocked, clean and organized. The outside of the truck had names of the establishments that rated the company with 5 stars and BBB emblem. Shaun a Master Technician was the main reason I had the work done on the spot instead of getting quotes elsewhere. He clearly explained what was wrong. He gave me 3 price options to choose from based on what I wanted and felt I needed. I chose to have a new spring system installed. He asked me the right questions to pick the option I did. He was very professional and presented himself as highly trained and knowledgeable. Don’t get spooked by the $59 service call charge. It’s waived if you use them and you will! Warranties were very good for each option. Very professionally done.

The installer came out installed my garage door opener and put holes in my ceiling and then tried to patch it up it looks like crap it's not a good patch job at all I'm very disappointed in the patch he did.

I was very pleased with the tech’s expertise. After weighing my very heavy wooden door he replaced my broken 28 inch torsion springs with a much strongEr pair of 39 inch coated. He replaced both sets of cables since one side was visibly frayed. He straightened out my slightly bent tracks and also reset my external keypad....I had owned the house for three years and had never been able to figure out how to do it. I was pleased that the truck was stocked with all the needed springs, cables, etc and was able to diagnose and complete the job in the same visit. I would highly recommend this company!

A good friend suggested Precision when my garage door finally bit the dust. I made an appointment online VERY easily and they were able to come out within 3 days! I was leaving for work 8:30 am on 08.03.20, got in the car and the garage door would not open. Looked on the website saw precision door called the phone number. The person who answered was professional and told me she could have someone out today for a 59 fee that would be waived if I allowed the company to do the work. Dave showed up around 2:00 pm and told me was the issues were and what my options were. I picked the best option and at 3:40 pm my garage door is working. Dave was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use again.
