Dustin called me shortly after I called Precision. The spring broke on my garage door over the weekend and I was pleased that there was no long wait to repair the door. I would like to begin by saying I contacted Precision Door in the middle of the night when the spring on my garage door snapped. I couldn’t believe how fast I was able to chat with someone. Before I knew it, I had an appointment for the next morning. Dustin Bourchier was the tech that came out. Dustin was extremely professional and explained everything that needed to be done. I called precision door after i attempted to contact my formwr service provider 3 times and never received a response. I say former because Precision has definitely gained a new customer. Their response was extremely quick After calling precision, i received an email and phone confirmation and a technician came to my residence and had my garage door fixed all within less than 3 hours of my initial call. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and even gave recommendations to ensure i properly maintained my garage door. I will definitelY return for any of my service needs and recommend to my friends.

My technician Fabio did an outstanding job. The communication before he got here was awesome. And once he got here he explained everything to me. And he did an incredible job. He was very nice very polite and really educated me about my door. I know more about a garage door now than I did before he came.
