Called your office yesterday concerning my garage. I needed to have a torsion spring replaced. The customer service rep gave me a price range between 90 and $190. When the tec showed up I asked him to give me a price for two springs to improve the operation and that price was $400. When I said that was outside my budget and that I would just go with the one spring, he quoted over $300. While he was there, he proceeded to suggest that many more parts needed to be replaced questioned the quality of the garage door opener system I had installed and tried to upsell me in a lot of areas.

Your tech Dave did a great job showing me problems with the door mechanism what jeopardy and over what period of time problem could/would present themselves, what choices you offered, the prices and warrant available. Ryn who was my repair technician did a excellent job. The service was great and he was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He was quick and efficient and I am glad I chose Precision! He replaced my drums, cables and springs. As we as fixed the gap at the top of my door and replaced the weather strip. I am completely satisfied with the work and thanks for the wonderful service. You will be my go to company whenever I don't feel like doing g the work.

Great experience from start to finish. Each person I had contact with was customer service oriented. My schedule changed at the ladt minute, no problem. Installation time was changed and was on time. The garage door opener was off center. No problem, the installer modified it as the expert he is at his job. Highly reccomended. 2nd installation for my family [mother-in law x 2 yrs ago] Website has employees pictures posted so you see who is at your house. I liked that.

Called to have our garage door looked at as it was making noise when closing and the chain was loose. What we got was a tech trained to be a salesman who quoted us either $300+ or $600+ to fix things we weren't sure were wrong. Bad-mouthed the competition endlessly and in the end, we just had him adjust the chain for $95.00. I've been in sales all my life and never say negative things about my competition because it makes me look unprofessional. Appreciate their help in adjusting the chain, but will never use this company again.
