Had an emergency of my door getting stuck and off the track. Called and was able to get a same day appt. Technician showed up early and did a thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. Dustin was able to complete all repairs in about an hour and everything is as good as new. Will definitely keep you guys on my phone for any future issues. If you are having trouble with your garage door, definitely give Precision Door Services a call.

Our garage door was not able to be closed on a Saturday morning and it was easy to schedule an appointment with Precision. John Ferreira came slightly earlier than the appointment time which was great. He inspected the garage door, found the builder grade springs were broken and discussed the options with me. He was very thorough, professional and friendly and helped to replace the spring systems with a better warranty and adjusted the guide rails to make it operate smoothly. I've also asked him to replace a belt drive garage door opener with wi-fi access and it is operating quietly now. I would recommend John and Precision to anyone who needs the garage door services. Thank you John.

I appreciate the excellent and timely service provided by Precision. My repair was completed by Jeremy who explained the problem and also explained the repairs it would take. He also found another problem with regard to the link to the motor and I purchased the equipment to ensure the alignment was corrected. I so appreciated Jeremy taking the time to explain how things worked in the garage door and the purpose/need for significant items. Same day repair is an excellent service provided by your company.

Jeremy was great!! He explained why he could not repair the original garage door motor ( Wayne Dalton model), what we would be getting with a new LiftMaster door opener. His customer service manners were excellent and made my wife and I feel were making the correct decision.

I called Precision to repair garage door that was hit by a SUV. The technician was nice and quoted me a price of $661 to replace the bottom panel and some hardware but had to quote me a time of 2 weeks before the repair could be completed. I stated I wanted the repair completed today and would wait for another quote. The tech began to berate small companies and said that I would not find any company to repair the door today. Fortunately another company arrived at 12:20 and my door was completely repaired by 1:00 pm and at price more than $400 less than Precision's quote.

They have the best website and knowledgeable employees around. Inside sales rep Tina provided a prompt quote and info. Jason the field specialists visited our house and performed a site inspection. Lastly our installer Andrew, probably the most important member of the team did a wonderful job with the installation. Thank you for such a experience on this replacement.

Technician: Joe 3 Simon Work Order#: 4748202 Invoice # O3282220 We just had a visit from a Precision Door technician to give us an estimate for the repair of our 2-car garage door. The price of $2,000.00 seemed unreasonable to us, so we told him that we needed to keep shopping for a better price. The technician had an attitude and charged us $59.00 for the road trip. We gave him a check. After researching other 5-star rated companies, we found that none of them would charge us for the road trip, or the estimate. We would rather do business with any of those reputable companies. Our check should be returned to us and no charges for the road trip should apply. Thanks!

People. Don't EVER allow any company to come to your home with the policy of charging you a "service call fee" and a promise of refunding that fee if you purchase their product or service! I received a quote for over 1000.00 to do some garage door work by Precision. After the technician left I was so angry I looked up the repair procedures online, watched about 10 minutes of video and repaired the darn thing myself! Goes up and down now with one finger!! I'll install my own door opener later. A 60.00 lesson I'll not soon forget!

Dustin Bourchier came out to replace my garage door opener, he was the nicest, most polite and courteous guy I could have encountered. He called me when he was on the way and was there when he said he would be. He answered all my questions and programmed my car for me. I felt completely comfortable and confident in him and his work. I called on Friday and they sent Dustin out on Saturday, just like I asked. I will continue to call Precision any time I have an issue with my garage door. June 4, 2019, Rick the installer came on time at precisely 9 am. He called before he came and so very professional and courteous. Rick worked and cleaned as he installed the doors. Amazing. My technician was Dustin. He arrived early and greeted me upon arrival. Dustin listened to my problem and then did a test on the garage door. After the test was done, he explained what had to be done and how much it would cost. Dustin then completed the work in a professional and timely manner. He is also customer friendly with a great attitude. I am completely satisfied with work that he did. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone.
