Called to have our garage door looked at as it was making noise when closing and the chain was loose. What we got was a tech trained to be a salesman who quoted us either $300+ or $600+ to fix things we weren't sure were wrong. Bad-mouthed the competition endlessly and in the end, we just had him adjust the chain for $95.00. I've been in sales all my life and never say negative things about my competition because it makes me look unprofessional. Appreciate their help in adjusting the chain, but will never use this company again.

Precision was extremely helpful this morning when a tenant in my home was stuck in the garage and unable to drive to work on time. They were able to get to the house quickly this morning to assist with getting her vehicle out of the garage and repairing the garage door in a timely manner. Jeremy, the technician involved with the repair, was very nice and explained all of the repairs and cost in detail. I am thankful Precision was available as quickly as they were this morning to make the garage door repair. I will definitely recommend their services to my friends and family!

Shaun Sewell was my precision technician. Besides being prompt and informing me when he would get there, he was courteous, very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He clearly and precisely explained exactly what I would need what had to be replaced what had to be replaced nd gave me a variety of options from which to choose what I wanted to do. There's no doubt in my mind that I will be using Precision again for servicing my garage door and that Shaun was a superb representative for the company.

I had a garage door problem created by other companies. I got there number from channel 2 web. And I called them. Technicians was so good. He tried his very best to fix my door. I really appreciate them and also recommend to others who looking for good people and not getting repped off.

After reading reviews on your website, decided yours was not some fly by night operation like some I had previously searched.(i.e. professionally trained technicians and fully insured) Ryan and Joe arrived and went to work on the removal of my dinosaur door, then went to work on the new replacement door. You can tell when someone knows what they are doing. Answered all of my questions when asked, both were courteous and respectful of my property. I would rate them a 10 (5 each)

I googled emergency service and called a company who told me they didn’t offer weekend calls but referred me to Precision. I called and explained a spring broke and I couldn’t open garage door to get car out. The last was very polite and helpful and told me to expect a tech by 3 latest on Sunday (next day), this morning I received a call and was told tech would arrive by 120 if earlier was okay. He arrived, very professional, evaluated problem, provided quote and Completed the repair. I highly recommend them I!!

Based on good performance from last job you guys did, we called you to repair garage door. Joe was finished the job quickly but was very eager to leave the site. The sales tax was charged incorrectly, invoice had 7% and 8 % was charged plus we are in Gwinnett county it should be only 6%. Will appreciate if credit ca be issued for the difference in sales tax amount.

My garage door springs decided they needed to be sprung and broke. I did what anybody would do and started searching Google for a good reputable company to replace them at a reasonable cost. I called Precision and they were very prompt at] getting a technician out to fix the problem because I could not open the garage door. The only thing thatl I wish I would have done was researched a little bit more on cost. It cost $407 to have the technician do 15 minutes worth of work and get me back in business with my garage door. After the fact I did the research again and found that there are several other reputable companies that could have done it for far less and even offered military discounts when Precision does not, even though it says so on their web page which is misleading. If you choose to go with Precision you will get a good product and prompt service but you will be light in the wallet. Do your research and get the same quality of work at a lesser cost from another company.

One of the garage door opener failed to work today. I contacted Precision Door Services. I want to thank Erin at the Call center who took her time in answering my questions, which let me choose this company to do the work. I want to give a big shout out to Mike E., (installer) who was very professional. He arrived on time. Any questions that I had asked, he took the time to answer the questions.

I called this morning because one of our garage doors broke this morning.. Actually the large metal pulls disc broke and came flying from the garage door to me standing by my back door. It flew so quick and hard that it made a huge ho,e in the Sheetrock inches from my face, the ricocheted to the other side of the garage. A few inches and I would have been killed. It was horrible. I called Precission and they had Dustin come out within an hour. The actual doors were fine but he ended up replacing both pulls systems with a much much safer designed one as well as pointing out and replacing 3 broken brackets. The quality of materials is incredible. We will feel so much safer now knowing that if the super thick cables they use, which I can imagine breaking, do break the spring system will just cause the door not to open but will not allow the parts to catapult through the air. Dustin was extremely professional and so nice. He explained each step before he did it and did not pressure me in any way to have the second door repaired to the upgraded standard that the broken was. It was a no brainer. Please give them a call if you ever need help in the future.

Great experience from start to finish. Each person I had contact with was customer service oriented. My schedule changed at the ladt minute, no problem. Installation time was changed and was on time. The garage door opener was off center. No problem, the installer modified it as the expert he is at his job. Highly reccomended. 2nd installation for my family [mother-in law x 2 yrs ago] Website has employees pictures posted so you see who is at your house. I liked that.
