After having an inspection done (including roller replacement) and new openers installed 11 months ago at a cost of nearly $1200, the last thing I expected was to pay another $1000 for spring replacement. I was hoping that the loud noise the doors were making would be covered under the 1 year warranty. Having said that, the spring replacement work was done professionally.

I called to have a broken spring replaced but since the installation was 20 years old I decided to have both springs replaced and install a new opener. The installer suggested new cables and rollers which added only a small amount to the total cost. He was efficient and went above and beyond with the installation. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone!

It is no fun to find out you cannot get out of your garage in the morning. I called Precision on a Monday morning and they had an installer at my house an hour before the window. The installer called a half an hour before arrival. I was very impressed how kind and patient the installer was with my questions. Shawn explained everything and gave me a price before doing the work. I highly recommend Precision, and hope you get Shawn!

Courteous, friendly and helpful customer service representative who scheduled the service call. Was able to get my garage door repaired the same day after discovering a roller was missing and the door would not close all the way. The service technician was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. After replacing ten rollers, he did a through check on the rest of the door and it's parts. I was pleased.

I was disappointed that i was charged for tightening the spring when we just replaced the whole thing and the lifter less than 6 month paying over $1200. I would have thought it would last at least 1 year and least gave us a warranty for 1 year. So i was very disappointed that i needed to pay to get it tightened when it was not even 6 months old.

It sucks to need my garage door opener replaced, but the service I received was quick, friendly, and professional. The technician arrived on time, explained what needed explaining, and didn't try to upsell me on a "deluxe" model or anything. He was super friendly, did his job, and went on his way. We had garage doors installed and had a great experience from the estimate with Jason Davis which was an absolute gentleman who explained everything in detail and answered all our questions and concerns. As well as took my crazy phone calls. Then when the day came for install Jeff came on his on and did a fabulous job!! Cleaned everything up, explained all the details of the opener as well as helping with setting everything up! We were treated with respect and dignity though out the whole process. I am in the service business and know how important it is to have good customer service and these guys are genuine. It’s very hard to find that out there in the service world! You guys were awesome!! Thank you!

I had a problem with my door not closing so I called and they came out right away and found that one of the eyes was out of alinement and that solved my problem. This is the second door they have done for us and both jobs were excellent.

The service guy was prompt and knowledgeable which is why they got 3 stars. The door is working well after he got it balanced and tracks re-set right. I understand "flat rate pricing" however even with discounts applied (which are not visible on invoice) when the flat rates are stacked the time spent on site and adding 1/2hr of travel time the repairs works out to $252/hr (no parts were used). Wish I made that rate.

David was courteous and very knowledgeable. He made me feel confident in my decision making regarding my doors. It became apparent, given the age of our doors, that new doors were more economical than continually repairing our 30 year old ones. Normally, I am leery of people selling, but David won my trust and I couldn’t believe the great quote I received on new doors.

The technician was excellent .He arrived on time and replaced the springs,drums,cables and middle rod. The garage door works great now. The problem is the service was done on Monday(3/18/19) and still no receipt that was promised with the warranty. I called on Tuesday and they said it would go to billing and would be send right out. Today is Thursday(3/21/19) and no emailed receipt or warranty. I'm disappointed to receive 2 star customer service.

Garage door wouldn't close unless you held the hardwired button down until fully closed. I tried moving the sensors inline without success and a repairman was scheduled to come out. Before he arrived, I received a call from Joe and he politely told me what was wrong and I should be able to fix it myself by properly aiming the two sensors. I thanked him and told him I would try again. It did turn out to be a bad sensor but I really appreciated his honesty and guidance in trying to save me a service charge. You will always be the one I call for assistance in the future.

Actually heard about Precision on the radio and when my old garage door starting acting sketchy, decided to make the call. Called on a Wednesday and the service representative, Sean, was there on Thursday. Replaced one garage door opener on our two car parking space and installed a new one on our single parking space. Also tightened the springs and replaced the door rollers. The whole job took about 90 minutes according to my wife. Sean called me at work and explained the options. All and all a quality job. Just waiting for the invoice to be emailed or mailed to me.
