Had a new spring installed as well as new cables, bearings, and rollers on 9/17/18. The technician was friendly and professional and did an excellent job and was proud to show me his work. Percision was here early and did a great job. My garage door is probably 15 to 20 years old and has been repaired before for the same problem. Billy didn't just fix it and test it he went back several times to tweak until he got it just where he wanted it. The door is much quieter and smoother closing. If you need your garage door fixed I would call Percision!

I must say this company is a 1st class outfit. Jason (sales rep) called 30 minutes before coming over just like the sales operator said. Took time to talk and explain everything they were going to do and how long it would take. After agreeing on a new garage door I was contacted later that day to schedule a install the next week. On the day we agreed on, Rick (tech) called 30 minutes before coming just like they promised. Both of these representatives of this company were professional and friendly. It was a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Had a torsion spring break. They came out the same afternoon and replaced the springs and the other mechanical parts since it is a 20 year old garage and had never had anything replaced it looked like. Garage works like it's brand new. Very professional and very good work. Will definitely use again if/when the need arises.

Sean was my techician who came to my home to install two new LiftMaster garage door openers on September 12, 2018. He not only did this installation swiftly and without issues, he added plastic rollers, lubricated the system and told me everything he did. I really appreciated that. I think they are wonderful. I recently got a new door! I called another company and they made it really confusing. I knew what I wanted but for some reason each piece was extra.....I called Precision Door to get another quote. Kay came out to go through everything with me and made it SO EASY. I was immediately comfortable with Kay and she knew exactly what I wanted. Nothing cost extra...she quoted me the whole price...I love that the haul away of the old door was included which was separate in the other companies quote. When the guy came to install our new door he was very professional and very efficient. He was able to put up our new beautiful door and I LOVE IT. We also needed them to come back because something was wrong with the wiring (it was because they used the existing wiring which i guess was bad (not he companies fault). They came back and everything is great! Totally rewired !! I wold for sure recommend them! they made getting a door in our price range so easy!! I kept being disappointed by other companies, but they made our dream into reality. I now am so proud of our house ! Thanks Precision!!!

Excellent service. The technicians did their work in a professional manner. They were asked to replace 2 broken springs of the garage door, they spent more time to balance the door until it's perfect. I am absolutely satisfied and would recommend to my friends.

Exceptional service, above and beyond. Trustworthy, informative, presented multiple options, spoke using terminology I could understand, came back a second time to install key pad and inform us about options. A+ from start to finish. I just had cables, drums, and wheels replaced. I originally had them replaced April 24, 2013 which was 4 months passed the 5 year warranty on those parts. I will take careful notice before the next 5 year expires. I am very pleased with the work Billy Peterson performed. I will highly recommend him for any overhead door repair or installation.
