I needed to replace a pair of 20+ year old wooden garage doors. We called Precision Door and they sent out a technician the same day. Jason took the time to listen to what we (my wife) wanted and provided several options making the process very easy. We placed our order and received an installation date. Everything went as scheduled. On the day of installation Scott showed up right on time and ready to go. It was clear Scott had many years of experience installing doors and gave us confidence we chose the right company. We did. The doors work perfectly and really improve the look of the house. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

This is our second time using Precision. When they came to service our garage door 4 months ago we were assured we didn't need to replace the opener, that it just needed repairs. Today it was repaired again. The technician commented negatively on the quality of work the previous technician performed and said we have to replace the opener, that it will break again.

The 800 number to call was on the back of my manual on the Champion Garage Door that we bought in 2006. The 800 # gave me your service number. I was planning on getting 3 quotes to replace my garge door, motor, and all other accessories. After a few short communications from Precision and a little information I was able to gather from the salesman about how Precision operates, I knew this was the company I was going to choose to handle the project. Before I even had the price I had a really good feeling that this was the one, of many projects I have going on, that I could leave to the professionals and not have to oversee. The price ended up being less than I was expecting, although I only have word of mouth to go on, since I canceled the other two appointments for estimates. As a small business owner, I spend a lot of time studying how other businesses operate. I am always analyzing the pros and cons of the way people conduct business. I just want to let you guys know that, in my opinion, your company is a perfect model for how any service company should look. And it goes without saying, the final install could not have went better.

worst company I had ever deal with they gave me a quote for my garage door spring .when the tech showed up for service he double the price.I'm so I had to so much for something I Could of fix. The serviceman spent 30 minutes and I HAD TO PAY $479.36 FOR THAT.I felt like I got rob

Mrs and Mr Thermidor called our company to repair a spring which was broken in their garage. Our call center quoted them a specific price which was also the price quoted by our technician. Because of the age of the door and lack of preventative maintenance, there were also bearings that needed to be replaced and a tune up was suggested. All options were presented to Mrs and Mr Thermidor including the lesser charge to replace just the spring and bearings and tune up. Mrs Thermidor chose the lesser charge and authorized the work against her husband's wishes. We performed the work as she requested and Mr Thermidor filed a complaint 2 days later that the cost was more than he wanted to pay. In an effort to maintain our impeccable reputation and to please our customer, we offered a substantial refund which Mr Thermidor accepted. We always present our customer's with options depending on their needs and budget and would never complete any work without prior authorization. This was obviously a disagreement between a husband and wife that we were put in the middle of after the fact.

ok, u ready for this??!!!! O U T S T A N D I N G job!!!!!!!!!! everything was EXACTLY as stated,,,,,couldn't have asked for better service all the way through,,,,we had four garage door companies come by and provide quotes. one of the companies, Nabors Garage Doors, was actually pathetic. they literally wanted 20 dollars for a "service call" after i told them we were considering other companies! sad. in the long run it came down to you guys and Atl Overhead,,,,,deal breaker was, quality and price of the door (we got the double) the garage door opener, we got the 3/4 hp for the price of the 1/2, and the veterans discount,,,,,Jason, sales rep., friendly, knowledgeable and laughed at my jokes,,,,,George, the installer, was fantastic!!!,, explained EVERYTHING about "how it all works",,,,we had a small issue that he immediately fixed about one of the panels.....monday your receptionist (can't remember her name, sorry, sweet lady, laughed at my jokes!) called and remedied the problem!!!!! the worlds a better place to live thanks to u folks.......MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is our third time using Precision and we have been happy every time. They call ahead to let us know they are coming and they are always on time. We have had Sean each time and I really appreciate his time to make sure our vehicles are also connected properly and that each door is balanced and safe each time. With a broken spring on a garage door installed in 1989 with a history of one spring previously repair and a minor repair to the electrical unit the decision would be to repair or replace. My son recommended PRECISION when he needed a repair and was 100% pleased with the company. Being a skeptic, I listened and called this company for a quote on a new door to follow up with a quote for repair. The salesman arrived on time and was pleasant and we talked about the options. He was professional and kind and knew his product. He not once tried to pressure my husband and I into a sale. When we were quoted the price of a new door and discussed the old door we decided to go with a new door. Common sense says that the door had given great service but this could be the beginning of repairs. The salesman wrote the quote and we went with the upgraded Carriage Style door. He seemed a little surprised we were so ready to decide and order and pay the deposit. I had read the reviews and with the confidence and professionalism of the sales rep we felt we could proceed with certainty this company would stand behind its product. The door was ordered and contact was made at the appropriate times to schedule installation and again when the product was ready for installation. The good review from us continues with the installer. The day he came, it was freezing cold that morning due to a sudden cold snap...We encountered a problem...Our garage was hollow blocks and not solid and would need 2x6's to frame around the opening to properly install the door. He promptly went and purchased the material and continued to install the door. He advised us there would be no additional charge for this extra material. The installer's demeanor was as kind and professional as the salesman and the ladies in the office who called to advise of the status of the product delivery. We desire to pay for the additional expense as this is just fair business as a customer to a good company. Should we know of a need for an installation or repair we will definitely recommend PRECISION. Our garage door is a beautiful asset our garage was missing. And they remove and carry away the old door. When the installer started cleaning the door I was taken aback but when he offered to paint the small area where the new trim did not cover...that was beyond the call of duty. Is there any reason not to give 5 stars to a company like this? We are pleased...very pleased!

I chose Precision initially because they came up in my search results, and then because they were well-reviewed. David came out at a time that fit my schedule, was very friendly and professional, and replaced my torsion springs extremely quickly and efficiently. He even upgraded me to the high-cycle springs for no charge because he didn't have the low-cycle springs I wanted in his truck. Definitely recommend and would use Precision for any future garage-door repairs I might need.

Comparing Precision's service performance to all rating criteria, they are five star! From the sales professional who quoted the job to scheduler and the door installer, I always knew what to expect next and I was stunned by their professionalism and honesty. The two single doors were installed start to finish in only three hours including removal of the old door. Best of all we love the new doors both appearance and how they work. I am very happy with my garage door and Precision's knowledgable and professional technicians know what they are doing. Friendly and very helpful!
