Michael the technician was throughly professional and the job was first rate. 2 years I had Precision install 2 new garage doors and the job was excellent. That is why we called them again. Technician Sean Schelern called about thirty minutes ahead to say he was on his way and was very professional and courteous. I was actually considering replacing the twenty year old motor because the whole system was so noisy.Sean examined the door, the springs, the tracks and stated it just needed some maintenance.I also wanted a keypad on the outside of the door and he knocked both issues out in about thirty minutes. I spent a whole lot less than I was expecting and the door is now extremely quiet and I now have my outside keypad !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and very reasonable!!
