Michael was very professional, explained every detail and showed the problems. Very thoughtful and helped me save money. (he gave me the "rebuilt package" which included replacing all moving parts) for one price. They even came out to Dacula... I'll post again if I have any problems but so far everything is working fine. Please note, my garage door is over 23 years old.

I search for 2 hours to see if I could find the problem. I tightened all bolts, lubricated all moving part, checked bold to wall, you name it. What I did not see was a small nail sticking out that when the door come down it hit making a loud cracking noise. Ryan came - find the nail - all is good. I would recommend Precision for sure.

Precision did an amazing job for me. Ryan came out and looked at an old garage door opener with no controls and a weak, wobbly drywall mounting. He quoted me the price for installing controls and remounting to studs, as well as the price for a new garage door opener. The new opener wasn't a lot more than the controls and remounting the old opener, and since the existing opener was 17 years old, I decide to replace it. Ryan carefully answered all of my questions and explained everything I needed to know. I chose a new GDO model, and Ryan took down the old opener, installed and tested the new one, and installed all controls, including running wires for the wall control. Ryan took the time to show me how to program the controls, how the emergency safety features work, and how to disconnect the garage door and operate it manually (in the event of a failure of either the opener or the lifting springs). I am very pleased with the results and plan to hire Precision again when it's time to replace the lifting springs (which, hopefully, won't be too soon).

Ron was very professional and installed the new opener and performed maintenance on the door in a quick and efficient manner. He called 30 minutes before the appointment window and arrived as advised. The new opener is very quiet and came with a lifetime warranty. Ron programmed everything and explained all functions. David arrived on time to repair my garage doors that another company failed to fix. He inspected the problem, found the solution and provided a quote for the repair. I paid the deposit for the work to be done thinking the repair would happen in a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when David called a few hours later saying that he had the parts and could complete the project the SAME DAY!!! He arrived at my home and repaired the doors. He double checked all parts of the doors to ensure everything was working properly. He went above and beyond he job he quoted me for. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to details. I am thrilled to have fully repaired garage doors!!! I also love the technology that Precsion utilizes. Sending pictures of the technicians prior to the job and simple iPad invoicing makes this a company that I will definitely refer to friends and use again if needed. Thanks Precsion!!!
